Everything was great here. The only thing that was a negative was that the walls are VERY thin. You can hear everyone and everything around you while you're in your room. Staff were great, the room was exactly what we needed, and the location was fantastic.

Closer to the center of Rome

Perfect location for my first time in Rome. Walking distance from all major sites I wanted to see. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Right next to amazing restaurants!

The property outlook likes a residential building. The sign of hotel name was hard to spot when we first arrived there. It locates inside a six story residential building, which is shared by other B&B services. Room units are average. Since no doorman is standing at the front door and the building is shared with different hospitality groups, a little bit concern of any outside strangers sneaking into the building. Location is convenient easy access to any transports, attractions, and shops.

Basic accommodation but clean. It is up a few flights of stairs so not ideal if you have large bags.

We thought being near the bus and train stations would be convenient, but there are many vagrants nearby. There are two Hotel Mosaic; we accidently walked to the wrong one, but the incorrect place located our reservation immediately.. When we went to the correct hotel, the lady at the front desk buzzed us in, but we were unsure of the entrance. She watched us walk by and didn't say anything. Then she made us wait to "locate the reservation". She actually was waiting for her shift to end. We had to wait until the next guy came on shift :( The next night, we asked for help with the air conditioner. Again the same lady said to wait 5 min. but she never came to help. She was rude and lazy. The housekeeping ladies were very, very nice and our rooms were very clean.

I did not like the fact that I was not informed ahead of time that there is construction going on inside the hotel. There was dust everywhere, hallways were dimly lit, and it needed a lot of cleaning. The surrounding areas were great in that everything was walkable and access to dining and shopping were plenty.

* The lift did not work for 2 days. * It was impossible to control the hot water in the shower. * The entrance to the property for the first time was extremely unclear.

The Hotel is ideally situated in the city, everywhere is walkable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay in again.

Parts of this property were under renovation, there was a missing tile that I twisted my ankle on but it was fixed when we went back two weeks later, the elevator didn’t work on the day we were checking out and we had to go down the flights of stairs with our baggage . Other than that, you pretty much get what you pay for, not a terrible place to stay on a budget.

Bed was okay, but the toilet was bad (shower was not working properly and the vase/toilet was not working too).

This hotel was great for our football related stay being simply a place to sleep and wash before heading out for each day/evening. A perfect location and the facilities were fine for our needs.

It's an old apartment building and they turned a single floor into a "hotel". It was clean but not spotless. The location is very convenient. A/C didn't cool and made a ton of noise. We had to turn it off. The electric infrastructure is really bad and charging our phones would trip the breakers. The room itself is just ok but it is definitely not worth the price. This hotel should be between 50 and 80 per night. They overcharge due to the location. We would not stay again.

Not as described in photos, it was an okay stay but was not as nice as in pictures. Hard to locate, sign is small on side if building

Although the staff were super nice and really nice the room was very run down and the bathroom wasn’t clean. We only stayed one night but to be honest pleased that it was only one night, however the staff were really nice and friendly.

Bugs in the bed so dirty

For the price, it's great! It's surprisingly functional, comfortable beds, strong shower pressure and hot water. ( something that has been hit and miss at other places). I would stay there again.

Check in was easy, front desk was able to answer questions about the local area, nice location and a comfortable bed. Can’t ask for more for a one night stay in Rome

The location is close to many historic sites

Nice and simple room for a couple of days. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable but overall good for the price and location. The front desk staff was excellent!
