A bit run-down. Everything worked. Good bed. Curtain would not draw across.

Convenient and friendly but basic with some maintenance required.

No frills comfort, on site parking is convenient. Not a bad walk to restaurants. Public transit is close by. Happy with overall experience.

The furniture and fittings were clean but quite shabby. The place could do with some money being spent on an upgrade to its facilities.

This was my second time staying here. Booked for 2 nights but due to building work going on there. I checked out after 1 night. Could not even get a car park. In fairness they should not be taking bookings while work going on. Location is great and not far from the city. Price is very fair and found staff friendly.

Its good value for money. I do not need big rooms but ones that are working, clean and presentable are ok

Delapidated motel. Off milk in the fridge. Peeling vinyl bathroom cabinet. Room paint was dirty. On checkin the receptionist couldnt find my reservation and had a poor manner. At least the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Off street parking good.

Located in a very convenient place

My pillow was dirty, the power point in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall dangerous in my opinion. The balcony door had tape across it as it was cracked so we didn’t open the door in case it shattered.

Property is very run down. Bed wasnt made after first of two nights stay. Tv remote gone and no replacement found. Tv manual operation very poor. Only good thing was the shower. Wont stay again.

Pretty daggy but comfy bed.

Convenient location and clean and comfortable but facilities are basic and maintenance required (broken window, no smoke alarm battery, sink plug not right size, landscaping and property untidy)

Repairs needed particularly in the bathroom where thongs had been taken off the wall but screws remain. Replace the tiles to give a better impression. Also one has to be a dwarf to be able to get under the shower!
