Eray at reception was top class, so helpful nothing was too much trouble, alway smiling. We recommend this hotel 5 star service. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent, spotless, chic hotel in Bayer Chempark In Leverkusen. Lovely staff. Very impressive place. Excellent value. Some minor niggles - the automatic lights in the room are very annoying when one partner needs the loo and the other needs to sleep. Only soap in the room was in the shower - none by basin or bath.

Room was and location was really good.

Had an amazing stay at the Kasino Hotel, Leverkusen. The building is spacious and modern. Welcomed in at reception for late check in and the receptionist was able to explain how to access rooms and advised to order uber eats as the restaurant was closed. Room was top quality and loved the auto lights functionality. Large Queen size bed with comfortable mattress. Air Con works perfect especially for the summer months. Large shower space as well. When our food was delivered, the driver forgot to include utensils, so by phoning and going down to reception at night, security was kind enough to get some forks from the restaurant. Next morning upon checking out when to the restaurant for a cup of tea and the waitress was very friendly. Restaurant also stunning with garden patio and wine cellar. Staff also speak English which helped us. Would definitely stay again for longer.

Great Stay!

Lodging in the center of Germany’s industrial icon with its distinctive architectural design over 2 centuries.

Unusual early check out time (10:30) that caught a lot of hotel guests off guard. Rude enforcing by obnoxiously knocking at guest rooms of people not being aware of the check out time.

Parking charge isn’t clear because there seemed to be no street parking so the 18 euros is unavoidable. Also expected a fitness room on-site but it’s a 10min walk outside. Rooms are good. Food quality was great.

The Kasino is a definite 4 star hotel, with superb staff and unmatchable facilities. We were however surprised that the dining room was closed on Sunday. In particular, as nearby Leverkusen had limited dining. Overall though, it's an amazing hotel, and an excellent overnight halt

Great place, nice people, very clean

The property had an overbooking so the same evening I was told that they could not accomodate me. Expedia relocated me and found me an alternative hotel very quickly and saved my night. But the staff at the hotel wasn't helpful at all.

Kasino is always very welcoming and the service always excellent. They could update and broaden their food offerings and availability to accommodate a broader clientele. I get tired of eating there after a day or two and there is nothing else nearby.

Historic building, and very comfortable stay. Very good breakfast. Nice restaurant downstairs for dinner, although a bit pricey.

The rooms was very clean and comfortable, the staff on reception and the breakfast staff couldn’t help you enough,I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay and would definitely come and stay again

Room is clean n spacious. Staff is friendly n helpful. Breakfast is good.

The hotel was ok however needs overhauling, one of the restaurants was like school dinners with everybody from local businesses using it as a canteen, and the other was mediocre and expensive with a limited menu, would not stay again.
