The staff was very friendly and that's the only good thing about the place. It is run-down and old. I wouldn't even know where to start. Not a place to recommend or visit again.

In Ensenada for a night and happened across Las Dunas- we couldn’t have been happier w/ the stay! Quiet, comfortable rooms, just a couple blocks off the main drag, excellent service & hospitality, and an amazing restaurant (the purple onion) attached to hotel. Highly recommended!!

Old property and not maintained well at all. No shampoo, hair drier, no air conditioning.

Thank you but they lacked warm or hot water , the space was good an large the restaurant was very good the staff were very nice it's very quiet the sleeping rooms were comfortable it's a small version of our condo it's in a good location not far from the city and very secure good parking right in front of your room

Good location in Ensenada, very spacious unit with kitchen, fridge, microwave oven, stove etc, living room unfortunately the installations are old and need some maintenance.

Very run down hotel I dont recomend it is all I will say.

Worst place to stay at ensenada very dirty, dusty, animals, etc....

Service was excellent! Every time we needed either an extra towel, blanket or recommendation for restaurant, receptionist was super helpful.

I was a one night stay and for the price is was great but a little dirty and old.

People were very friendly. Everything was old and many things needed repair or updating. There were no dishes or glasses in the kitchen. Appliances very rusted and old.

I returned to this hotel, in spite my earlier 2.stars. But the staff is accomodating and the restaurant is good/ok. Though I still think that the kitchen has no real function, otherwise then for guests who knows that they have to bring it ALL. As you can not rent even a basic set of plates, silverware and a pot...that is the major reason for putting a 2 stars on this one, Apart from perhaps that the bed lights do not work and the loose wires is not a good thing....

Take a shower and after 2 minutes be prepare to a cold freezer water on your body. The mattress sucks, I will never be back to tha hotel. My girlfriend got mad for a such bad choice. I will not recommend it.

Los muebles de la habitación les falta mantenimiento están en muy mal estado, cobijas pequeñas, el servicio muy bueno y rápido, estaba limpio y ubicado en un lugar muy céntrico.

Muy agusto si lo recomiendo

Hotel que requiere mantenimiento y remodelacion, el personal vemos hace esfuerzos pero ya necesita mas que el aseo diario.
