Location and our ground floor "A" room was excellent. The 2 bed room felt brand new as if we were the first people to use it. Everything very comfortable and perfect. Only issue was getting in. No reception staff, all remote. Could have been sent code to front door to get in sooner to leave bags and then room code once room ready. We had to rely on another guest to let us in.

Nice locations, pretty rooms. Carpet was dirty and bathtub had hair from previous guests in it. Hairdryer did not work, and parts of the wall near the window need to be repaired.

Great easy locations to all the attractions. Was easy to check in, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again but on an upper floor as we stayed in the lowest level and we could hear people walking upstairs. I didn't like the large laundry bags that were thrown on the floor and in the way when we tried to walk in and out of the room especially with suitcases and the second bed was squeaky when u moved around. Overall a great place to stay.

A smallish but well designed room, having windows you could open and access to the balcony was very nice. The coffee was good once I found out how it worked, but I thought the TV system was poor, instructions for both would have helped. The town was close but the walk up the hill followed by stairs would be difficult for some. Overall good Value I think

The hotel was too small. Thefe was no reception, or staff to talk with and they even did not provide water or tooth paste. Tbey did not have anythinhlg at all in the hotel. Next time, I will try a different hotel.

Château de Pierre is location, location, location - one is literally a 5 or 10 minute walk to major attractions, 100s of restaurants. Cozy and clean room on third floor. Hope to visit again !

Perfect location

Overall good experience. The bed was smaller than expected (didn't feel like a queen) and the bathroom was very small even for adults with below average body size.

The hotel is very convenient for going anywhere. It is only a two-minute walk to the castle and the US Embassy in Quebec.

Tv not working . Room is too small according to the picture. Balcony is not that clean

Location is excellent, close to all attractions. There is no parking in the hotel and finding a parking spot is a challenge as the Google map seems not helpful. It would be good if the hotel will suggest a few close by for guests so we don’t have to hunt around. The rooms are nice but the bathroom is not comfortable to use. The door can’t be closed and the lock switch is broken. The sink is so tiny, about the size of a large book. There is no counter to put your toiletries at all.

Wonderful hotel, it was very easy to access and the hotel staff responded very quickly to messages which is amazing, they let us keep our bags in the lobby before the check in and after check out very accomodating and a beautiful hotel.

Excellent location.

My husband and I were impressed by the Victorian beauty of the decor. We did have a problem with the code to open our room door, so we called and were given a new code. Also the shower was a bit hard to figure out, and the door went off the track and got stuck, but we quickly found someone who repaired it right away. There is no receptionist in the lobby, but there is a sign with the information we needed, plus the company texted us with everything we needed to know. The hotel is diagonal to the lovely Parc des Gouverneurs, which is adjacent to Chateau Frontenac. It was an easy walk to anywhere in the old town, and I had to stop every few feet to take more photographs, because awe-inspiring beauty was everywhere I looked.
