Hot water is not always available, there where large spiders on the room, internet service is quite unstable.

Far from the pictures, no hot water for shower, no one answer in the reception, at night security sleeping no one open the garage for entrance

Staying at this hotel was such an incredible experience. The property is so beautiful and peaceful; the staff was very helpful. We had the opportunity to spend time with the owner and her husband; they are extremely welcoming and hospitable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel... You will absolutely love it!

Fiendly service and great food

Hotel is very nice, cosy, well maintained and very comfortable, in the middle of the woods, some rooms have a nice fireplace inside, well needed for the local weather. Located half way between Valle de Bravo and Avandaro you definitely need a car to move around the area. Front desk people are very helpful, although their customer, restaurant & food service needs lots of improvement, you won't find a soul or even ice after 8pm, so if you want to eat something you will have to drive at least 15 minutes to grab a bite nearby.

Business trip. However, there was nothing available to eat or drink after dinner hours. Arrived at 10pm after not eating after a day of travel and had to wait until the next morning to have something to eat. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean and housekeeping was amazing.

Really nice hotel, the room was nice too, everything very clean. The only downside was the mattress, I guess it was a bit old and too soft so we slept as if our feet were higher than our head.

If you want quiet and desolation, this is the place for you. The only drawback is the absence of hiking trails.

Room is ok. Hotel grounds are beautiful. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Can get a bit cold at night.

Initially, hotel has good look, nice lobby, enhance...though far from Valle de Bravo and even Avandaro. -- Resto of hotel nice...pool, restaurant, bar....since only 25 rooms, seemed empty all the time...Rest of hote decoration very Mexican, but for our taste a bit "too-much" --- Rooms really dark, problems with smell out of the bathroom sewer. At night had mosquitoes bothering us, could not sleep, so tried to call reception to get a mosquito spray, in-house phone not working at all, so walked up to the lobby (1:45am), and all lights where turned off, and nobody there!! -- mosquitoes got tired of us and they went to sleep around 4am!! -- Probably will never return to this hotel...

nice hotel in avandaro. The bed was massive and the room was clean and nice. The amenities were not up to the quality you would expect for the price but ok. We had trouble with the water heater and it was fixed promptly. The restaurant is modest and the coffee is not good.

que en las descripciones se anunciaba desayuno incluido y no se cumplió, además la habitación dice para 4 personas y solo aceptaban 2 y las otras 2 se tenia que pagar extra.

Habitación con tina, solo decorativa,personal muy amable, desayuno le falta más sabor.
