clean room, staff friendly

I’m Recomend Nice hotel, in the front desk they very good, give a help and attention . Breakfast excellent and fresh. The room every day clean , Minas Shopping not far we can walking to going there , Gym, Restaurante in the hotel and a round definily I loved❤️thanks eSuites!

A Nice hotel, comfortable room, clean, it hás access to a gym and it hás a Nice pizzaria restaurant downstairs. The breakfast could be better

This is a nice small hotel, the bed was comfortable, the bed linen was nice, the restaurant downstairs was good, it needs some carpet update and little things upgrades. The gym was very nice. The breakfast was ok. The area has security

Wonderful

This place was fine for a couple nights of sleep and that's it. Room was tiny, giant crack in the bathroom wall, very little water pressure, breakfast was lacking. Wouldn't stay here again.

Great location

We got there at noon and couldn’t get a room. Check in time is 2pm but every single hotel I’ve been to has always allowed some flexibility, but this one hasn’t. Poor cleaning, very old towels, reception area a completely mess, with no ar conditioning. It was hot like hell and they kept all doors open to save energy bill I guess… all in all, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to.

Estadia foi bem proveitosa, quartos com espaço ok, tudo bem limpinho. Apenas a cama achei um pouco desconfortável. Café da manhã muito bom e farto. A localização não é uma das melhores, mas como só usamos pra dormir e transitar entre as cidades histórias foi tranquilo, mas acho que para turistar por BH tem outros hotéis mais bem localizados.

Everything was absolutely great!!

Overall was a poor experience. The air conditioning could not be properly set, so it kept blowing high all the time. It was either that or off. The bed sheets had big holes on them. Terrible. Only saw the staff on check in and check out, so nothing to say about them. They were OK.

Hotel muito bom e bem preparado para a atual situação da pandemia.

The staff were really helpful. It is not near the city centre but there is a bus route to the city right outside the hotel and there is a shopping centre only a few minutes by foot from the hotel. It is attached to a pizzeria so eating is no problem and the breakfasts were fabulous.

It was a wonderful experience throughout. The staff was helpful and accommodating and the breakfast included was abundant and delicious!

The rooms are a little bit small, but it has everything you need. Clean, modern and comfortable.

Besides the very convenient location - half way to downtown, convenient to shopping and services, on the way to airports, the friendly staff helps to make your stay a very pleasant experience, for a very affordable rate. I will definitely recommend the Encore Hotel to my friends and associates. Luiz Souza

Good accomodation

Excellent!

Room Was clean and nice except for some nappy hairs in the sheets. The staff were friendly enough but really quiet towards an American traveler. I was up on top floor and the room had a distinct urine smell and I'm guessing it's from the 3 open plumbing drains in the bathroom off gassing upwards. Also, the air conditioning was a bit moldy and everytime I turned it on my nose plugged up. I don't have any allergies so this was a bit concerning. I ended up leaving the AC off and dealing with the heat and window open as this alleviated my nose and the urine smell. Would stay again but in a different room.

My partner and I had a lovely time there we went there for the World Cup. The hotel is close to the mall and other local bars. The breakfast was ok.
