I arrived an hour after the check in time to ensure my room would be ready, only to be told the room wouldn’t be ready for ‘maybe another 45 mins to an hour’. No apology, no explanation and couldn’t care less about the inconvenience of needing to get ready to attend a wedding. After pushing for a more reasonable timeframe, i was told i could have a twin room. Better than nothing but terrible service and definitely will not be staying here again.

Terrific VFM hotel option with excellent bus and rail connections to Kew Brentford and onto London. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and bathrooms top quality.

The hot water in the shower is not adjustable. The water temperature is too low for me.

Nice staff

Everything was pretty good. I didn't find the bed very comfortable though, could have been more firm mattress.

Really pleasant stay at Novotel, Brentford. Business trip, didn’t require public transport though Tube 15 min walk. Parking available (£15/N), comfortable beds, good shower, lovely, helpful staff, nice area with small Sainsbury’s store nearby, limited food options without driving. Good WiFi and considering proximity to M4 at no point could I hear the traffic. Hotel has nice indoor pool and sauna. Towels provided at reception. Easy access to London via A4. Only issue for me was cost and quality of breakfast. £21 for buffet. I’d expect cooked to order for this price rather than food sitting in warm trays. The scrambled eggs soggy, bacon fry and orange juice from concentrate. Some patties and fruit but having stayed at Premier Inn, I’d say their breakfast is better & cheaper. Went local for breakfast on day 2 & 3.

The stay was pleasant, the lovely lady reception allowed us to check in early as I had just been discharged from hospital after treatment. She is a credit to the team and the hotel. Thank you so so much Novotel!

Fabulous stay

Very easy to get to and set very close to Kew and the gardens. Lovely set up with sauna and smimming pool and gym

Uncomfortable beds and terrible customer service.

I picked this hotel since it was fairly near LHR. Turns out, it was a 55 pound fare plus tip. I had an early morning flight so I had the hotel book a cab for me. The tube wasn’t running consistently so a cab was required. The area is ok. There is a Sainsbury’s just around the corner and a coffee shop. Not much else around. The room was nice, roomy and comfortable. It contain a small fridge too. I wouldn’t recommend a long term stay here but for one night it was very nice.

No air con, poor bed and unhelpful staff. Won’t be staying again.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Room was very clean and staff were helpful throughout our stay. Cleanliness is great, couldn’t fault it. Beds are very comfy and the room and bathroom were very spacious.
