Too much of dirt

Overall you get what you pay for. Although not the cheapest we did feel you get value for money, but don’t expect 4 star ! The wine was of good quality and the food was fantastic - couldn’t fault it. The overall thing to consider is that this hotel is an ‘entertainment’ complex which means load music around the pool - starting at 10.00am !! But the place is massive so if you want to get away from the party there are quiet places such as the patisserie which is lovely with an amazing range of tea. Absolutely consider if you want a fun bouncy time. Re-consider if you want a quiet unwind. The beach is great with beach bar and lots of loungers.

Non-English speakers and liars got a room with the smell of mold I asked to change to another room and let me pay extra money on a room from the 80's mini bar not working complete mattresses Short cut food in action and ad all very low level no matter what 5 stars As written !!

This is a nice hotel, very good food everyday diffrent options, pool and beach very nice, good staff, rooms are comfortable but a bit dated. I think this hotel is more like a 4 star then a 5 star. I would recommend if you get a good price

The hotel itself is lovely. Hotel grounds very peaceful, birds singing, lots of greenery. Excellent for young children as there is a seperate play and pool area. It’s tranquil, the beach is lovely and always a free sunbed. The main pool is also nice and kept clean. Food was ok. Staff generally helpful. WiFi is not so good but perfect in the lobby area. Recommend a Hamman but expensive as it’s in resort and there really is nowhere else outside of the hotel unless you want to walk for 20 mins. Overall I Would recommend

We recieved a warm welcome.Hotel was lovely. Was a bit worried at first after reading some reviews. Ignore the negative reviews. Rooms were cleaned daily. Fresh food. Entertainers were fantastic tried to get everyone involved.

I had a my worse experience all my life with this hotel. I had paid 5 nights I left hotel after 3 nights stay. I was eating my lunch one day. hotel employee came and grab my plates and ask me to move to another table because of some one reserved that table. which is there was no sign for it. two other women had seat on that table and moved also. I went talked to front desk but they didn't do anything. so I just went to another hotel THAT WAS JUST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I had fantastic time at this resort. Got home rested, refreshed and happy. :)

The hotel was good for price. Nice swimming pool, private beach, clean rooms and friendly staff. The quality of drinks and foods could be better.

The food was one of the best hotels out of 5 different ones we've stayed at in Belek. This was also the cheapest one we've stayed at but would definitely come again :)

We liked the beach, the food and the entertainment. Loved the free anytime drinks. Overall a good experience. The reception desk staff spoke little English and got really nervous when we approached, so they were not very helpful. We hoped the fitness center would be open past 7pm but when we asked an interesting staff person at the spa told us he had children and wife at home. Scheduling a taxi to and from hotel was very stressful but a supervisor was nice enough to chime in and help. Not sure why this hotel is listed as located in Belek. It is actually located in Bogazkent. :) overall a good experience and would definitely visit again.

There was an issue with my booking when I arrived, it got resolved. All Russian, German and ofcourse Turkish, so a bit lonely and i felt even more isolated being a single parent with teenagers. Tv was in German, Russian and Turkish, I asked if settings could be changed, on the fourth request, still nobody was sent so i gave up, thankfully we were only there 3 nights

Good value for money. Food was good and facilities for children excellent. Reception staff not most courteous , we're abrupt with answers, not like the warm Turkish welcome we were accustomed to. Hotel room was a bit dated and needed a makeover, and towels were clean but well washed and old. Finally not sure if all in accommodation with huge numbers of guests suited us.

Personal war sehr gut. Zu grosse Hotel kein sauberkeit in zimmer und überhaupt badezimmer defekt

Les toboggans les spectacle et la piscine bien animé par le personnel Propreté des lieux surtout avec le moment quand du covid

Hôtel vieillissant , plage assez loin obligée de si rendre en navette sinon 10 min de marche en journée en pleine ete avec la chaleur c’est assez compliqué … repas , snack et boissons correct.
