Showers not functions shelves falling off the wall water not draining air condition not working very well. Asked to have shower fixed nothing got fixed. More annoying then anything else.

Porperty looks pretty good but, once inside the rooms you find it needs more cleaning. The room given was noise, by the side of the air conditioning machine.

I liked the location. Centrally located to all my appointments. In the evening I took a walk around the lake across the street.

The hotel looks good from outside but needs some maintenance inside. Breakfast could improve...

Hotel is OK for what it is - business hotel, somewhat isolated. Restaurant needs to up their game.

We stayed here for the proximity to Hopi Hari and Wet N' Wild. It was about a thirty Real Uber ride and about the same for the taxi from the airport in Campinas. There isn't much to do in the area, but the hotel has a restaurant and small bar. The rooms look new and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately the place, while recently remodeled, doesn't quite meet expectations. There were several spots of mold and grime in the bathroom where obviously only the most superficial cleaning had been done for quite a while.

Quite an excelente option for business travelers, either visting companies in the surrounding area or, as myself, on an overnight stop before the next plane in Viracopos.

In the last minute we've decided to stay in the city. It was a good choice but it is a little bit far from downtown because the hotel is located in a industrial zone.

Stayed for 3 days. Internet worked for a couple of hours each day then went down again. The 2 bikes in the fitness room broke down. Same breakfast every day. Bad experience.

Quartos com bom espaço, camas confortaveis, bom café da manhã, atendimento cortês. Limpeza dos quartos razoavel, necessita de mais cuidado.

Muy buen hotel, la atención es buena y los alimentos muy bien es muy recomendable el Hotel.

É um bom hotel mas não vale o preço que cobram. Bem barulhento, mas o chuveiro e as roupas de cama sao otimas. A localização não é boa. Fica no meio do nada. Não tem nada por perto. Não se faz nada a pé. Bom café da manhã.

Hotel muito bom, quarto limpo, cama confortável e café da manhã delicioso. Gostei dele ser Pet friendly. Tive um imprevisto e a equipe do hotel me ajudou muito.

Gostei do fato de terem permitido entrada mais cedo e saída mais tarde, todavia achei um pouco sem sentido a parte do café da manhã, visto que eu e minha mãe entramos antes das 10h (horário de término) e quando estava próximo desse horário disseram que o buffet iria fechar, sendo que deveria fechar para quem chegar depois das 10h, ou seja, quem chegasse antes das 10h, que é o nosso caso, não deveríamos ser apressados. Fora isso, excelente.-

No check in permitiram a entrada no quarto muito antecipado e ofereceram café da manhã que ainda estava terminando
