Room wasn’t ready at check-in time. Breakfast had a good selection of food but lacked fresh juices.

We had a great time. The service is excellent. The place is clean and tidy. The location is excellent. The hotel is more suitable for adults than children. The entertainment staff is more suitable for adults than children. The pool is excellent. If you decide to come with children, then there is a large park right next to the hotel. There are lots of restaurants outside the hotel.

Property is next door to a fun fair, our room was 20 foot away from a ride. Music blasting and people screaming until 1am every day, we physically could not sleep until the fair shut which is shocking for a family hotel. Hotel entertainment was poor too, the animation team did not lead what was listed… for the water polo they just put some music on, put the nets out and left. For the mini disco they had a guest running the dances for the kids! Room was modern but not finished well. Shower in the room filled up quickly and didn’t drain fast enough so we had to keep turning the shower off. while in it, to not flood the bathroom. The bar staff were very efficient, especially at collecting in the empty cups to keep the pool area clean. The main pool is a good size and has a great deep end, sunbeds are taken quickly though. The food was nice and had a good range each night, which was kept topped up. Bed was comfortable and aircon kept the room cool without being cold.

The room is very nice, but a bit smaller than i thought. Besides that everything was perfect.

Separate apartment good for 3 star hotel

The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to public transportation. The place is quiet and easy to park. The reception staff is welcoming and the manager took care of every need we had.

Breakfast very good. Room was not very clean. Ants everywhere, spider webs in corners, no hand soap available. Swimming pool clean and quite large. Lifeguards very friendly.

Good and clean however the company that stay there not so much. As a group of black females, we heavily felt unwelcomed by the other non- ethnic residents. No fault of the hotel however. Doors need re-fixing as keycard often did not work.

It's a very nice hotel Food - varied Location - excellent The only thing is the alcohol and drinks feel cheap.

Our overall experience in the hotel was really bad … 1. Check in was delayed for 2 hours and there was nothing to do with 2 kids … in the sun , the pool was crowded no place to sit. 2. We arrived to the room , the room size was okay for family , but there no cups for water , the air condition was noisy, really old and dirty it means they don’t do service . 3. Kids club was very sad , no kids around and no professionals. 4. The pool bar was far away you had to go circle every-time , the drinks not good. 5. Food was very bad , no variety and no quality. 6. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, they called us from the reception at 12:30am when we were sleeping to check if we have done check in and when we complained why they are calling us so late , they hang the phone 😡, not value for money at all.. the management should take serious actions !

This holiday hotel complex was ideal for fun familiy chiidren holidays. With its own waterpark and clean swimming pools, the complex boasts great entertainment, including water polo, bingo, mini disco and daily evening entertainment such as guest dancers and a parrot show. The food options are very good with a variety of meal options in the spacious dining room and a bar buffet that can be eaten inside or out. The outdoor pool bar was efficient. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My room and bathroom was modern and clean, with aircon. Value for money is fantastic... The only minior points i would add, there always are some, soap and shampoo were not topped up in the room when cleaning, the grassed area at the outside bar was not watered, so appeared poor and had a lot of cigarette ends in it. The location is excellent, a short strole to beaches or shops.

Stayed for 6 nights all inclusive family of 4. Nice waterpark on resort and large pool. Good selection of varied food and drinks each day. Rooms comfortable but noise from surroundings very loud especially as a fair ground next door which goes on til 11pm!

Good hotel, good location. Rennovated but could be in better condition. Rooms in good condition and clean but a strange smell was coming out sometimes. Service and personnel very nice and helpful. On the first sight, i somehow didn't like it for the money i paid but afterall, only the happiness and satisfaction gave to my baby boy with the water park, it worths all the smiles on his face. Water park is good and clean, covers all ages. One disappointing point is that showers in water park had no water flowing and could not take a shower. Common places like wc in the main hotel could be more clean and better maintain since it has to do with health and hygiene. Especially in high seasons, lots of guests are there and unfortunately they don't respect common places and the effort taken to be kept clean. So hotel needs to take care a bit more these places. One more suggestion is that it could have more personnel guiding guests to their rooms and even helping them with their suitcases lifting them up on the upper level rooms. This can be very precious especially to the elderly people. In general, we had a good time. Thank you

This hotel had everything you need for a holiday with the kids. However it could be slightly cleaner

The family room was really useful having the divide in with children and they loved the splash park. The hotel was in a brilliant location - right next to Luna park although you could hardly hear it and about 10 minute walk into the centre. You could also easily access the coastal path which was useful for beaches.

Location of property was good. Room location excellent as opposite the pool. Room not clean on arrival, hair on floor. No tea or coffee in the room, only a kettle. When I asked at the bar they gave a cup of coffee granules but no milk available. Indoor pool was very cold and you had to ask for a key to unlock and use it. Upstairs where the toilets were in the lobby was very dark only a small security light on. Pancakes out of reach of children which I understand but the chef did not help when my 7 year old went up to get some. Bar staff were always friendly.
