Overall good stay.

Breakfast was underwhelming. The rooms and overall property are in need of renovation. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel like good value for the price.

It's a well located, well used, city centre tourist hotel. As such it's a little tired in places but the staff were very helpful and friendly and the beds were clean comfortable. Warning for those that drive there. There is only drop off parking outside the hotel but there are private car parks nearby. Unfortunately our minibus wouldn't fit in the car parks so I drove around for an hour trying to find a spot, eventually parking 15 minutes walk away.

The Wi-Fi in room is horrible. It can not be used. When you start to use, it drops.

Very nice hotel, in excellent location within 10 minutes walk of a very vibrant bar and restaurant area. Easy walk to Upper Town and the Station for day trip out to Edessa. Nice breakfast an great reception staff. The Expedia organised airport transfer limousine company was great too

Great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff!

The location is excellent because it is within 5 minutes of the tourist based promenade walk, a rich variety of restaurants and nightlife and transport. I suffered the massive inconvenience of having my wallet stolen on the public bus from the airport. Therefore, I recommend that visitors take advantage of the taxi service offered by the hotel. Once I had discovered my loss in my hotel room, the staff could not have been more helpful and obliging. They offered sound concrete advice and practical help. Especial mention must be made to the Manager and his 2 assistants Nikos and Konstandinos: I remain eternally grateful! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Safe of location, professional staff willing to help you on any request, cleanest place, you can walk to places, very good breakfast included with room. I had an excellent stay. I trully recommend this hotel 👏

The room 407 had no boiler or tea bags or coffee but when we asked from reception we received it. Wall coverings were very old and dismantled from the walls there was also big yellow spot of wet in child room. Air suction in toilet was very loud, cannot sleep with it. Breakfast was good, service was great! So overall nice.
