It was a nice stay

Everything was perfect. The hotel is beatiful, has a beach just in front. When I get they I realized my tire was flat. The guys from the hotel took my car to fix it while I was out in a boat trip, they were simply amazing. Very good breakfast. Their restaurant water front is also very good. Prices are not cheap but it worth it.

The hotel is fantastic, better than expected. The area, the people and the hotel itself were awesome. The hotel has a restaurant and a private beach. The food was fantastic and the beach is clean and well taken care of. I recommend this hotel to everyone wants a get away from life stress.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel walking distance to Sino beach.

The Hotel Mercedes is a great older hotel, almost like a castle built into the rocks. The hotel is older but is in a quiet section of the island. They have a nice pier and swimming pool on the ocean and have great views from both. The breakfast buffet is nice and you are within a 10 minute walk of several other beaches.

Two nights at this hotel and price was fair. Breakfast was great!! Pool and deck literally at the beach it's majestic!!

Equipe do restaurante que agrega o hotel foi bem hostil. O Hotel em si é bom, café da manhã bom. Porém a piscina fica agregada a esse restaurante e tivemos sérios problemas com a equipe do restaurante, inclusive a gerente dele.

O quarto é bom, a equipe muito atensiosa , emprestaram pratos e talheres, são solicitos. Alguns pontos a melhorarem, o hotel é bem escuro, minha mãe tem a visão reduzida o que dificulta muito pra ela a locomoção, a sala de jogos é super escura, a noite quase não da para jogar ping pong porque não da para enxergar nada. A escada do deck do mar é bem ruim, inclinada praticamente, degraus sem adesivo antiderrapante , e alguns até estavam limpando no dia, só limbo, bem dificil o acesso. Eu fui em um outro hotel em ilhabela, e eles tinham alguns colchões de eva amarrado no pilar do deck, acho que seria uma boa opção para quem quer curtir o mar e ficar tranquilo ali na praia, sem precisar ficar nadando, porque ali é bem fundo.

O hotel é bem antigo, mas muito bom em infraestrutura, principalmente o deck externo. Porém deveriam rever o enxoval, toalhas pequenas, lençóis e camas desconfortáveis. O atendimento da equipe é maravilhoso e tb muito limpo. Gostamos muito.

Tive um problema no estacionamento. Entreguei meu carro em condições normais e recebi com pneu furado 2 dias depois e só me avisaram no check out. hotel não arcou com despesa alguma e não deram nenhuma satisfação. O manobrista foi bastante prestativo e ajudou na troca do pneu. Não voltaria mais nesse hotel nem recomendo aos meus amigos que frequentem também. Se quiser ir num de melhor qualidade em todos os aspectos, procurem pelo Vila Salga.
