the mattress was very bad and woke up with a back pain 3-4h after went to bed. Otherwise all good.

The staffs were nice, friendly and very helpful to assist with the environment

I enjoyed my stay there, the whole deposit of 200 euros when checking in is ridiculous and been back for days now and still waiting for my money to be sent back

Great hotel with an incredible gym, pool, and gender specific suana. Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel's cleanliness and modern feel for the price paid.

I am a Gold VIP Member and upon checking in, I was told that this hotel does not honor any perks and IS Not a VIP Hotel,, No Free meals, no upgrades, nothing. The restaurant is the worst, I was the only one there and waited 20 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge me, I finally had to get up and ask her for water, and than she sat back down to finish her paperwork, again I got back up to see her and put in my order. my chicken wings were RAW inside. I took pictures, but they don't allow me to post. Also, there is no safe in the room and the few TV channels they have are all in french. They should Take down the website advertising that they are a VIP hotel and hire a waitress that is willing to work,also find a chef that can cook. Sick to my stomach over the chicken and false advertisement.

We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a four star hotel. This hotel should be at the most a two star hotel. It is old, rundown, and dirty. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was extremely small. We were told that we would get two beds and a sofa bed, the sofa bed was Just a pullout sofa that was old and almost broken. We only had one bed. They were bugs in our room when we complained they said there’s nothing that they could do about that. The only redeemable quality at that hotel was the restaurant on site. Even the pool was dirty Very disappointing.

Great location, 1/2 from the center of Paris by car off pick hours, great staff, couple of dining options near by, great bakeries near by, swimming pool, easy parking. Room was a bit small for the 3 of us but we only stayed there to sleep, the rest of the time we were out exploring the city. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next visit.

The room is basic and old. bad and bedding are minimal. poor shower condition.

Everything was great, except the A/C not working

One of the best all round hotels I have ever stopped in. As been from England, one slight flaw, no decent tea in the room or milk. However the overall property and staff overcome this issue.

We were treated very well and received an upgraded room!

Spent some time reviewing comments on this hotel. We booked based on closeness to Paris & late check out We had to get taxis/Ubers based on proximity to Paris but it was difficult because of Olympic Games. Whilst we were there the room was ok. We had a 3 person single & 1 bed squeaked alllll night so we didn’t sleep well. On top of that we were woken up 2 mornings of the 3 by housekeeping…literally knocked & let themselves in!!! We were sleeping The aircon was rattling all night & wasn’t cold. During first night is started leaking. It was like Chinese water torture…drip drip alllll night. Aircon was fixed after complaining & it turned out the temperature had been turned up. Not great in 30 degrees. Then we had a problem with bathroom sink, blocked. Had an engineer in room after complaing again. All of this whilst we were in the room. Terrible as we were trying to relax. I tried to book a sauna & was told the gym wasn't answering the phone Went to make a simple instant coffee in room….only decafe & not enough sugar or milk for 3 which we had paid for. Went to front desk & asked for coffee & given sachets which when making coffee we realised were sugar. 3 visits it took to reception to just get 3 coffee sachets that we had to make ourselves Pool was very clean, towels were available. Westfield 10 min walk which was great. Don't spend your money on breakfast at the hotel the Wesfield had loads of options also great for buying food & wine

Very clean. Nice pool. Everything was perfect

Great stay and great hotel. Only issue is I believe foreign tour groups should be educated in how to close a door quietly. Apart from the early morning banging stay was fantastic.
