The exterior of the hotel looks very old, it hasn't been renovated in a long time. The interior is decent, but overall the hotel looks like it hasn't been renovated in ages, a waste considering its rather good location in Phu Yen.

The hotel is quite old, with many outdated furnishings. The bathroom sinks are broken and drain very slowly. The breakfast buffet wasn't very good. The swimming pool is old and small. The grounds are not well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and have sea views. It's close to the city center and the beach. Convenient for getting around.

With a 4-star rating, the room quality is indeed not up to par. The price is acceptable. The location is good. My suggestion for the hotel is to address the odors in the bathrooms and bedding, as upon entering, the bedrooms and bathrooms smell musty and damp. The grout is black and moldy, and the floors are stained yellow. These issues negatively impact the customer experience, as cleanliness is the top priority when choosing a place to stay.

The hotel was built a long time ago so it's old. When entering the room, there's a musty smell. There's no bellman. The facilities are relatively complete but it's old so few guests stay. The staff is enthusiastic.

The receptionist on duty on the evening of June 27, 2025 had a disrespectful attitude towards the guests, was rude, did not give additional room cards, did not introduce hotel services, was disrespectful... old equipment not worthy of 4 stars. There were many flies in the breakfast... Too bad

The facilities are run down. The grounds are not as described. I requested to cancel but the hotel still agreed so I still respect it.

Hotel staff are enthusiastic and friendly. The room is fully equipped, airy and has a beautiful sea view. However, the swimming pool area has no lights. Breakfast food is quite diverse but not very delicious

I have had a great day in this hotel. It is so great place to stay. The hotel is near the center, beside the river and convinces to go for dinner or lunch. But it's restaurant is so old and a little but dirty. The swimming pool is so small and it is not really beautiful any more. I saw a lot of bricks there. I think they are rebuilding some places. And hope that is growing better.

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night for myself and my parents. While the room itself was fairly clean, the toilet was not at all !! Someone used the toilet and peed all over the place that left the toilet seat covered with urine :((((. I immediately reported the issue to the Reception then went out for dinner. Upon my return, I realize they only cleaned the outer half of the toilet seat... yep, the inner half was still covered with urine ! So, I had to clean the da** toilet seat myself. Not happy with my stay at all !!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Clean towels. Everything is ok. Old pool without roof. Breakfast is not good. Hot breakfast without air conditioning
