All Staff very pleasant and helpful . Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the complimentary wifi was good, the cleaning staff always did a great job. The breakfast was really good, and I noticed the staff were on top of the food to make sure nothing ran out. Thanks for a great stay :)

Excellent staff, very clean!

Loved the kitchenette and full fridge, there was also an awesome smoking designated area at the back with a nice gazebo and lots of seating. Staff was friendly and all amenities were easy to access. Breakfast had a ton of options, with a huge comfy seating area. Was a great stay!

Great Hotel

Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were very professional and friendly.

Our stay was excellent. However, we could not figure out how the hand-held nozzle in the shower worked, but it did not impede our stay. It would have been nice to have an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub in the indoor pool. The breakfast was adequate with food items refilled often.

Had an excellent stay . Very clean hotel

Basically other than TV it was a great room. Super convenient , welcoming staff, likes the two bottles of water the room was spacious very very comfortable. But having only basic cable and not being able to stream from your own Netflix or your own Prime really made for a very long evening of just scrolling on my phone and I would have just loved to been able to watch a movie or a TV show not possible. Updated technology would be great

Nice room close to everything in st Jacob’s. We attended a wedding and the accommodations worked great for us. Nice complimentary breakfast, although I prefer the single serving yogurt vs the bowl of vanilla that they provide. Hotel was clean except for some red blood or marker on the fire sprinkler in the bathroom of our guest room. Housekeeper probably won’t touch it due to being afraid of setting them off. Needs to do a maintenance request.

A great place to stay. Very ell equipped suites. One of the best breakfasts. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to all amenities.

Stayed here for two nights. Nice big room with a full sized fridge and comfy bed. Breakfast selection was awesome in the morning!

Room was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed wasn’t very comfy though. Would like some gluten free options at the breakfast bar other than yogurt and fruit.
