My biggest issue with staying at the hotel was the level of noise. I came here to rest after a long day. 10 minutes after I enter my room I heard constant screams from the hallway. I opened my door and saw a bunch of kids screaming their head off and running through the corridor. I called the front desk and asked to send someone to take care of the situation. It DID NOT HELP! The running and screaming persisted. I called again and the answer I got was "I talked to them. They are running races...". I didn't realize that I rented a room on a race track. My second issue, I booked the room well in advance and asked for the highest floor of the hotel. Then called again a couple of days before and made sure that the hotel has my request. When I registered, I got the 3rd floor rather than the 4th. I was told that "this is all we have". I said I requested it well in advance, but that was not honored. That, combined with the running and screaming made me very upset.

My room was great, clean, as always. The staff was very helpful when I had questions. I come here once a year for a getaway and because I take the train, I have nowhere to leave my suitcase until check in. This hotel allows me to leave my suitcase with them and it is great. If I had one wish, it is that you would replace your coffee makers with keurig single serve machines. It would make my stay over and above. Regardless, I am already planning next year's stay and plan to stay even longer. I also like that the staff honours the privace please request on the door. I never needed service and if there was something I needed I either just asked the front desk or one of the housekeepers in the hallway. They were also helpful in taking my garbage bags from me. I also love that you have laundry facilities so that I am able to pack a little lighter.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was great accept the pillows need to be more firm and a fabulous hotel like that can afford glass plates and real cutlery instead of paper plates and wooden cutlery.

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay, though our friends and family mentioned that the sister property offered a better and fresher selection. One downside was the garbage bin in the main lobby, which was already overflowing the night (3pm) before and remained that way when we checked out.

The breakfast was good,the staff were very,polite.The property was clean and the room was large enough.Kitchen had very little amenities such as 3 plates,enough silverware a stovetop,fridge,dishwasher and a couple of pots ,microwave,No bowls for mixing food,no dishwashing soap or dishcloths.

The room was a very large size. Quite comfortable for a weekend getaway. Steps away from the St. Jacobs market, restaurants, and theatre. Great breakfast.
