Tôi đã có trải nghiệm tồi tệ nhất trong tất cả những lần ở khách sạn suốt 20 năm qua: tại Mường Thanh Luxury Song Lam Hotel. Đầu tiên là thái độ kỳ thị người miền khác của hai người lễ tân ca tối ngày 3-3-2023. Những ai không phải người miền Trung Việt Nam nên chuẩn bị tâm lý trước khi bước tới quầy lễ tân. Các nhân viên khác mà tôi có dịp tiếp xúc như người xách hộ hành lý, phục vụ phòng đều lịch sự và vui vẻ. Khách sạn rất cũ và rất lâu rồi chưa được tu bổ để giữ đúng chuẩn 5 sao mà họ luôn công khai. Drap có mùi ẩm. Nệm lò xo xuống cấp kinh khủng (làm tôi có cảm giác như đang nằm nệm cũ ở nhà mình hồi còn nhỏ). Kính cửa sổ vằn vện, dơ. Sơn viền cửa sổ, cửa kính phòng tắm lem luốc sơn. Máy lạnh kêu ồ ồ. Các cửa gỗ đều kêu cót két và cần dùng lực khi tôi đóng mở. Thiết bị vệ sinh hoen ố. Nếu khách khác đang cần tìm một chỗ ngủ sạch sẽ và yên tĩnh thì nên cân nhắc. Buffet sáng lèo tèo vài món và có thể một phần do không hài lòng nên tôi cảm thấy thức ăn dở tệ. Tôi lấp đầy bao tử bằng khoai luộc và xôi chà bông. Tôi nghĩ cần có người kiểm tra và đánh giá lại chuẩn của khách sạn này để đưa nó về đúng số sao và tránh để khách hàng khác bị lầm tin để rồi có trải nghiệm tồi tệ như tôi.
