Worst accommodation. Left a review on Google maps, got an AI generated reply with "fill in the blank" spots for my detials with them not filled in (clearly ChatGPT). As experienced when I checked out, they don't care. No, I will not be giving you another chance. You took my money for an expected level of service, you didn't deliver, you don't care. To the point, no breakfast available, which we knew, but brought things to eat for breakfast, and while the lack of some way to eat was bad enough, the real issue was the microwave in the room didn't work. It turned on, but didn't cook the waffles. Worse than that, the TV clearly uses WIFI, understandable, but given the signal in our rail car was non existent the TV would continuously cut out making it unwatchable. This also meant we could not use personal devices as they didn't have a stable WIFI connection. I forgot to mention the broken bed, at some point the low spot where people sit on the side of the bed has to trigger a call for the mattress to be replaced, that should have happened a long time ago. The last thing in the room was the dirty carpet, there is clearly a lack of care. In terms of the site, the mouldy washing machines in the laundry was a problem, and then 3 of the 4 dryers were broken. This place is literally one of the worst places I have stayed. Avoid!

Great adventure spot

Quaint stone Rt. 66 style cottages. Good split AC & updated bathrooms. Great bargain and caboose style lodging.

The room was dirty. We had to wear our socks all the time because of the dirt o. The floor. There were bugs, including cocroaches in the bathroom. The matress on the bed felt broken down lime it had been used for years. The walls were so thin you could har every word being said in the next room.

We showed up at 1pm and asked for an early check in. We were denied even though the room was vacant and made up. The staff made us wait two hours in the Arizona heat for no reason. The pool and all the grounds were horribly kept. Two of the four washing machines were completely out of order while the two remaining took turns stealing our quarters. The detergent machine also kept our change without dispensing any detergent until eventually falling completely off the wall. Room was dirty and unsafe. Even when locked the door could easily be forced open. The bath house was dirty and gross. Every guest we talked with was horrified by the property conditions. We checked in at 3pm and checked out at 8pm. Went into Williams and paid for a nice little room at a motel. Please do not waste your money booking this place. The positive reviews on this site have to be fake. I don’t usually write reviews but don't want people wasting their money and being embarrassed upon arrival. I was very embarrassed by the accommodations I had booked for us Do not believe the positive reviews. Check the pictures I uploaded.

We liked everything. The location, service and price. Very clean place.

It was a great value. The cabins were cute, but old. All was very clean and well stocked. Staff help with my questions. It was a bit ruff but we felt very safe there. Very quite there.

I love everything about this property except there's a water leak and I'm pretty sure there's mold behind the walls in the bathroom. The walls were puffy and had bubbles from water leaking and I could smell the water damage/mold. Aside from that it was great and will come back. If I had been there earlier I would've changed rooms but I got there late so I stayed.

Pretty great hotel right near Grand Canyon National Park. Not the newest facilities but me and my wife stayed at the cabins and they were comfortable and as spacious as any other hotel room.

Bath was a little janky otherwise every bit as good as when I came here back in 2014

Property was clean and scenic. We arrived late but we were able to easily get our key and find our room.

Clean, quiet, had all the necessities, friendly folks - what more can you ask for? Oh yeah - reasonable price too.

We stayed in March and were so pleased, we wanted to stay here again. The cabins are clean, quaint and quiet. We locked ourselves out and had to call after hours. They were very nice and arrived very quickly.

Nice, classic route 66 motel. Felt nostalgic, clean, functional.

The hotel was older and the windows didnt open and the AC didnt work. Over all nit bad for the price and age but it was hot in the room.

Where do I start. To be fair, we only paid $59. But this place is a dump. Hole in the walls, which are so thin we could hear everything spoken in the adjoining room, and the adjoining room on the other side of that. There were literally boogers wiped on the walls. And the staff didn't even clean that up. The floors were dirty. I had to wipe my feet off before I put my socks on. But at least the bed sheets were clean. The door had such big gaps around it that I could easily see light. Lord knows what was crawling through that. We never had a chance to use the pool as there was a birthday party going on and the pool was filled with kids and balloons. But at least the kids had fun. They only thing I can guess is that the good reviews come from the RV campers. The cabins are awful. When you look at the website, you get the impression that you are getting a stand alone cabin. But you are not. You have neighbors and you can hear everything they say and do and for as long as they stay up, which in our case was until about 2 AM. Bottom line: You are not paying much for the room, but in the "you get what you pay for" category, this place is horrible.

We stayed for 3 nights but after the first day the room did not get cleaned and we did not get clean wash cloths for our shower. What made it worse the office does not open until 8 AM. When I asked for clean wash cloths at 8 AM I was told it would be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I asked again and was told "she was bringing them to my room". When someone brought clean wash cloths it was a he, a guy that was talking to the manager when she said "she". This is 1 hour from the Grand Canyon so we like to start our day early to get a jump on the crowd but could not on this day. By the way our room never got cleaned the whole time we were there. Also the shower is very very small.
