Booked premium room very disappointed room was soulless, empty shelves one picture on the wall. No safe or bottled water. Only one bar of soap in the bathroom. No lift to the floor only to the one below. More like a basic room with two double beds. Breakfast was okay.

Great location

A hotel right in the middle of the shopping district that was convenient for our one night stop over in Andorra. Not a quiet location but surrounded by restaurants and high class shops

Really nice hotel right in the middle of town. We had a room with a single bed upstairs for our son. McDonalds is next door if you need some quick food but the hotel has a lovely resraurant and there is also one over the road directly opposite. Parking was a challenge. The hotel carpark is down a steep alleyway and looked very scary to navigate into. The carpark was full so we parked in the shopping centre accross the road. Be warned it is a very steep climb up to each level and the exit has an extreme angle downwards down a very narrow cobbled street with an extreme bend on a camber. My nerves were in tatters when we got to the bottom. Obviously this is not the hotels fault but is worth knowing if you are planning to drive especially with a low or a long car.

Lovely hostel.

Great hotel conveniently located in an area full of shops and restaurants. Rooms are big and comfortable, although they could improve their toiletries selection.

Very good for the Price and excellent for Location. But our room was slightly tired and had no windows to the outside world , just into a dark recess area. The AC only blew hot air so we turned it off. No coffee or tea making facilities which I think misses an opportunity. But it was clean and we slept well.

I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff, clean and very well located. It’s my second time there and it won’t be the last.

Great place to stay. Breakfast option is a must!! Excellent breakfast in the restaurant.

The room looked into a shaft. It was not clear on website as there was no view. The hotel otherwise is very good especially their food.

Great location, great price. The room is clean and quiet, but the bathroom is outdated.

Almost of the staff was NOT friendly. Except flr two people, they were bothered every time we asked for something. And the room cleaning was terribly poor.
