The waste is separated so the walk is quite easy and requires time management. Although the signage to and from the hotel inside Narita Airport Terminal 2 is quite clear, especially if you get an upper pod. The descent is a bit scary, the stairs are not wide enough :((( Luckily the handrails are full and sturdy. Just so you know, slippers should be put in a locker, because if you bring them to the bathroom, even if you don't take a shower together, they can make you slip @.@

The atmosphere is quite pleasant for transit, clean, and most importantly, you don't have to worry about being late for your flight.

It’s a good experience for a short time while waiting for a flight or when we arrived at midnight and are waiting to go to the city in the morning. It’s quiet and everything is clean. I had a good stay.

If you are taking a morning flight from Narita Terminal 2, it is really accessible and easy to find. We only spent a few hours here for sleeping. They had everything we needed for a night. We also had to whisper to talk. Overall, great experience!

The hotel was very clean and it was a very comfortable stay before my flight. Other guests also followed the rules and used the facilities politely, so I didn't have any issues. It's directly connected to the airport, so it was very convenient. I'd definitely use it again if I have an early morning flight.

It was comfortable and clean! It was great. I wish I had stayed there sooner. The men's and women's spaces are completely separated, so it's safe.

This was my first experience staying in a capsule hotel. My flight happened to be in the morning, so I chose this hotel, which is located in the basement of Narita Airport. To check in, just walk up the stairs and take the elevator. The facilities are quite good: numerous and clean bathrooms, ample lockers, and clean bedrooms. The bathrooms are provided with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels, footwear, and pajamas are also provided. Those who book with breakfast, such as those at Starbucks, receive a ¥1,000 voucher.

Good place to rest and have a shower after a long flight and minimize the risk of missing a connecting/transfer flight in Narita airport. May be it would be great if the hotel place some carpets inside the capsule area to reduce the steps/walking sound around this sleeping area. Earplug is provided but uncomford, it also risks us miss the alarm.

Good for transit @Narita airport, but for cleanliness need attention.

The location is easy to reach, from the JR office towards the family mart there is a sign to the hotel. Comfortable for sleeping 1 night or resting

Super clean, comfort for overnight. No worries about being late for the morning flight. Easy to find the hotel in terminal 2. Also got a Starbucks card for free breakfast, thank you nine hours.
