It was comfortable and clean! It was great. I wish I had stayed there sooner. The men's and women's spaces are completely separated, so it's safe.

This was my first experience staying in a capsule hotel. My flight happened to be in the morning, so I chose this hotel, which is located in the basement of Narita Airport. To check in, just walk up the stairs and take the elevator. The facilities are quite good: numerous and clean bathrooms, ample lockers, and clean bedrooms. The bathrooms are provided with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels, footwear, and pajamas are also provided. Those who book with breakfast, such as those at Starbucks, receive a ¥1,000 voucher.

Good place to rest and have a shower after a long flight and minimize the risk of missing a connecting/transfer flight in Narita airport. May be it would be great if the hotel place some carpets inside the capsule area to reduce the steps/walking sound around this sleeping area. Earplug is provided but uncomford, it also risks us miss the alarm.

Good for transit @Narita airport, but for cleanliness need attention.

Difficulty sleeping soundly due to snoring

The location is easy to reach, from the JR office towards the family mart there is a sign to the hotel. Comfortable for sleeping 1 night or resting

Super clean, comfort for overnight. No worries be late for morning flight. Easy to find the hotel in terminal 2. Also got starbucks card for free breakfast, thank you nine hours.

Safe lockers, comfortable showers and toilets. The pod is very comfortable to sit in and is suitable for fat and tall people.

Best place to transit at Narita Airport. Very comfortable & clean.

Everything was smooth, it's only the receptionist needs english skill and little bit attitude.

Firstly, it was very hot inside the capsule but after that it was fine. Recommend place to stay if you are having morning flight in the next day.

The facilities are very good. But there is no table or room for eating Should eat properly The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. But if the heat is hot it should feel hot and slightly inconvenient

Suitable for travelers who chase morning flights / morning trains from Narita. The location is easy to reach from the arrival area of Narita Terminal 2. For travelers who cannot speak Japanese, the receptionist can speak English. Shower and toilet sharing area but there are many available so there is no need to wait. The size of the locker is suitable for medium luggage. In front of the hotel is a drink vending machine.

Is difficult for family with kids stay in this hotel because we must be very quiet to stay in this hotel. The morning staff when I checked out is not friendly, I just want to call my friends in another room just to make sure he already wake up because we must check in baggage soon, and the staff tell me if I can't make a call in the hotel area, so I ask him for the solution to waking up my friends, he just say "i don't know, no solution, no wake up, no call!". But the night staff services when I'm checking in, is very friendly and helpful even they help me to give a mineral water for my friend in another room (because male and female have a separate place).
