Overall Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) While the property and location of Arakur Ushuaia are impressive, the overall experience fell significantly short of five-star expectations. Issues with room cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and delayed basic service (such as water replenishment) negatively impacted the stay.

This was the perfect stay. Beautiful location with nearby trails to see panoramic views of the Beagle Channel and Ushuaia bay. The room itself was perfect, spacious and clean. The hotel itself is idyllic with plenty of cosy spaces to relax in, including the heated outdoor pool and jacuzzis over looking the bay. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more

Hotel design, features, view and staff were all amazing. Only issue we had was unstable WiFi / internet in our room, particularly as we had to research/ rebook a cancelled flight. We also needed to extend our stay by one night with short notice, and Matias at the reception was very helpful and pragmatic in making arrangements to keep our room for another night. Very good guest service.

Our stay at Arakur Resort & Spa in Ushuaia was truly exceptional and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is beautifully perched on a hill, offering absolutely stunning panoramic views of the Beagle Channel and the town of Ushuaia—waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. What really made the experience stand out was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, but a special thank you to Antonella, who went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome. Her wonderful personality and attention to detail made our stay feel extra special. The amenities were equally impressive—the pool and spa area were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the restaurant delivered excellent meals. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. We also loved the convenience of the complimentary round-trip shuttle to town, which made getting around effortless. Overall, a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended when visiting Ushuaia!

The rooms were hot,. They should provide the fan from the beginning . No all the staff were nice They mess up with my cab going to the airport . It was very stressful Shuttle were 1/2 or 1 hour to the city Lunch was just ok Good breakfast and hiking

What an amazing property, the views, the pools, the outdoor heated pool were exceptional. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Very clean, and the stay was fantastic. A must visit when in Ushuaia!

We loved the Arakur! The view from the heated pool was exceptional. Every tour will also pick you up from the hotel - so no concerns there. Can’t wait to come back!
