Great staff

EXCELLENCE. My stay was a pleasure. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and food was great. The Front Desk AGM Terrel was very respectful, helpful and courteous and made sure our stay was comfortable

Great stay

The front desk clerk was very courteous when I arrived on 6/13/25 instead of 6/12/25. My room was canceled due to a delay in arrival due to weather issues. So my room reservation was canceled by Expedia. She was very helpful with helping me reserve another room for my stay.

I stayed 7 nights and all staff that I encountered was friendly and professional. From the fro t desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping, and all the way around.

Had a really nice stay, room was clean beside normal wear and tear damage. The automatic widow shades would not work properly the entire stay. Yes the front off offered to relocate me, but I was in the middle of getting dress for a family event so I didn't have time to change rooms the maintenance man came up and fix the widow shades but I didn't appreciate his comments that nothing was wrong with the blind in the beginning, if I have to push down to raise the shade or change out the plug, sir it's something wrong. Long story short, each day I had to call maintenance man to raise the window shade in my room. Best part of my visit was breakfast, sister girl in the kitchen did her thing with the grits and eggs... Love it

Staff very friendly and helpful. No milk at b-fast for 2 mornings straight. Someone should have run to the store so kids could have cereal for b-fast. Mattresses vey hard.

The fitness center and breakfast added great value to the stay. I enjoyed the spacious King Suite and highly recommend the hotel for the staff's professionalism and proximity to Nola.

The staff was great

Quiet, friendly staff and perfect location. Only negative for me was the breakfast time. Most other motels in area start breakfast at 5:30 but here it was 6:00. Not early enough for me to eat and drive to me desired location.

The shower/bath water was cold for 4 days.

It was well kept. We had all we needed. The staff was very polite and helpful.
