The guy at the reception was extremely rude. The girls were really nice. He was horrible.

The stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable and the breakfast very good. I was surporised there was no complimentary water provided. Also, the wifi is unusually complicated to access, but the front desk staff helped us and were generally excellent.

I love this place

Comfortable and clean room, airconditioning, hot water pot and minibar. Nice restaurant (Dal Grano) downstairs. Near University and Pampulha lake complex--within 15 minute walk. About 20-25 minutes by Uber to downtown, so be aware that you will need to travel to get into the central city.

The bathroom was not clean, mold everywhere i looked. The toilet i had to wipe before use it.

Great customer service. Divino and Isabella were extremely helpful. I locked the safe by mistake by mistake and they tried hard to fix it, once they couldn't fix, they moved me to another room late at night. The next day I called the front desk to order some food that is typical from the area. Isabella told me that they didn't have it on their menu but she was going to check nearby areas. Five minutes later she told me that the chef decided to make that special dish just for me. Isabella and the Chef made me feel very special. Great service, great place. I will be back

Rooms are clean, comfortable accommodations, food was excellent , and friendly staff definitely recommend this place

It is a very nice hotel with amazing staff who went out of their way to help. I wish the rooms were little bigger because with two people it seems too small, but everything about the hotel is great.

Quarto estava limpo, no entanto nos dois que passei (tive que trocar o quarto por motivos de internet) ambos estavam com um cheiro forte (lembrava cigarro). Outro fator foi a conexão com a internet, muito ruim… Um hotel nesse patamar não deveria mostrar essa instabilidade com a internet que é fundamental

Entrega o que promete. Café da manhã ruim, é o que destoa do conjunto.
