Firstly this is a lovely hotel which is very centrally located. The rooms were cleaned every day by the amazing hard working cleaning staff, honestly nothing was too much trouble for them. Also the night staff in the bar were cheerful and happy to serve you. But that's where it stops, the cooked breakfast left a lot to be desired, and as for the breakfast staff, two in particular who were the most unpleasant I've ever come across on all my travels. They gave the impression they didn't want to be there. Also our room had no air conditioning! Just 1 fan in the bedroom which was no way near sufficient for the heat in the apartment. And finally they say there's a strict policy on booking the sunbeds, towels were on the beds from 7.30 most mornings and still on them by 9.30 with no punishment, luckily the beach was a short distance away and we spent most of our days there as we couldn't get space in the complex. I don't want to paint a bad picture, but we stayed here before and I couldn't find one fault with the place.

Our apartment was immaculate. Slightly dated but very clean. Plenty of sun loungers and the pool area was lovely. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The bar area was very comfortable and plenty of seats in the shade.

This is such an amazing property. Very well situated and offers an amazing breakfast with alot of selection! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here’s.

Our 3rd stay here and it never disappoints. Clean throughout. Friendly staff. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. I especially like that the pool lifeguard removes towels from sunbeds if no one uses them for over 1 hour. Breakfast is good. Plenty of choice. 5 minute walk to the beach. 200 metres from nearest bus stop.

The cleanliness around the apartments, the pool, the bar and the restaurant was fantastic. The staff in all area's were friendly and polite, especially the bar. There was a great choice of food for breakfast in the morning, catering for all tastes and the apartments are well situated in a good place for walking into the old town or walking down to strip for the shops, bars and restaurants. Would we go back to Plus Fariones Apartments, most definitely...

Rooms very really clean and the pool was heated which was lovely. Good choice of food at breakfast. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from and the rooftop area was a lovely addition.

An excellent place to stay. We stayed last year and felt we had to return this year.The location is perfect. The breakfast is great.The rooms are spacious and well presented. And the staff are friendly with nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend

Did exactly what it said in the tin. Great location beside the main strip, supermarket and shopping centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was kept very clean. Would highly recommend.

Yes staff were excellent, lovely pool only downside was Wi-Fi was poor in apartments had to go to reception to get signal

Lots of choice for breakfast but hot food selection was cold every day. Rooms need updating, no cutlery or plates. Wifi non existant in room only a sigmalin reception

Apartment need updating . Put some instruction in apartment tv etc Little atmosphere in bar in evening I would put you at 3 star . Apartments expensive for what you offer Positives beds are comfy and resort is quiet

Nice hotel but we paid for a room with air con which did little more than just make noise rather than cool the apartment. Wifi didn't work and room was below hot tub so huge noise during the day. Could hear music at night also

This is a really solid place to stay in Puerto Del Carmen. It has a decent bar/restaurant that serves a good breakfast which was included in the price of the hotel. It has a nice pool area and a great sun deck area with a jacuzzi. It’s located just off the main strip so it’s very close to everything without having to deal with big hills, yet it doesn’t get any of the noise from being so close. The staff were also very friendly and cleaners came by daily. My only issues were that the air conditioning in the rooms does not work (it was the same in all three rooms my family were in) which was disappointing because you expect to get AC when it’s advertised. They did provide a fan which made sleeping more comfortable but it’s worth noting if that’s a dealbreaker for you. Also while the rooms themselves are comfortable and provide you with everything you need for a vacation, they are a little tired and could do with an update.
