Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Oceana Hammamet et malheureusement, l'expérience globale ne correspond pas tout à fait au prix payé pour un hôtel censé être 5 étoiles. Point positif — la suite familiale :Nous tenons à souligner que la suite familiale était très bien pensée et vraiment commode pour notre famille. C'est un aspect que nous avons sincèrement apprécié et qui mérite d'être souligné. Sécurité :Nous nous sommes fait voler notre propre serviette à la piscine, et aucun suivi sérieux n'a été fait par la suite. Aucune information, aucun geste pour rassurer les clients face à ce genre d'incident. Ce manque de réactivité est préoccupant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Nourriture et petit-déjeuner :Le choix au petit-déjeuner était très limité, loin de ce qu'on est en droit d'attendre dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. La qualité générale de la nourriture nous a également déçus. Service à la clientèle :Le service était très long, autant aux repas qu'ailleurs, ce qui est difficilement justifiable vu le prix payé. Propreté de la piscine :Des serviettes sales étaient laissées traîner autour de la piscine, ce qui donnait une impression de négligence peu compatible avec le standing affiché. Bref, des attentes non comblées pour un tarif 5 étoiles.

Le séjour n’était pas très agréable. Le prix qu’on a payé était trop par rapport à ce qu’on a vécu . La nourriture pas très bonne . Manque d’agent de sécurité sur la piscine puisqu’on a été volé. Manque d’information claire .

The hotel is in need of refreshment. Carpets dirty and worn . Showers have cracker tiles and yellowing grout . Food is very poor

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night of my recent trip to Tunisia, and this hotel was amazing, the room was very clean, staff were friendly, food was nice and also the beach was amazing and the hotel also had 4 pools in total which allowed plenty of room to chill out in.

The hotel is beautiful! From the lounge to our room, to the poolside and the beach, it makes a difference for an adult only hotel. Now, when I say adult, the average age range seemed to be around 45+, therefore I did not see as many late night activities happening and things seem to shut down early. This is great though if you are looking to stay at a resort and just enjoy the glorious beach or poolside that they have. The resort is very gated so there isn't much to see right outside the gate or to walk around. To go to a nearby marina where the action is, you have to a take a cab which is about 8 dinar. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Hammamet if you're looking to go into full on relaxation mode.

Very nice hotel, amazing lobby, gardens, pools and beach. Dining room and bathrooms however need modernisation ASAP. Service excellent, staff super friendly.

Excellent relaxing place to stay - hard to choose between beach and pool! Lovely rooms with large balconies. Clay tennis courts if feeling active and a short taxi ride to many restaurants.

It is a good place if you need to relax. The stuff were pleasant and the room was comfortable. I recommend this hotel for couples and business travelers.

I spent one weekend at the Oceana. Everything was high great, and not just by Tunisia standards. The staff was very professional (perhaps with the exception of the person working the lobby bar, he was quite inattentive). They accommodated my early check-in without any issues. At the beach, fresh towels are brought to you as soon as you set foot on the sand. The beach bar offers drink and food options and you can be serviced even as you are lounging in the sun. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The room was superb,: spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, fully equipped with all possible amenities and everything in the room felt clean and new. The hotel grounds were equally luxurious. Breakfast was very good as well, with many options to choose from. I especially enjoyed all the freshly squeezed juiced and the fresh crepes. Overall the atmospehere is relaxed, quiet and peaceful at all times. Truly a great beach experience if you want to be away from it all. Highly recommend.

A wonderful and tastefully presented hotel. Super-friendly and helpful staff. One of the best beaches in the area. Excellent food (Tunisian and international) and a superb selection of delicious Tunisian wines.
