Everything was great except for the pool police guy. Front deck, bellboys, cleaners and restaurant all wonderful. Pool guy acts a little power hungry. Sat by the pool with just my feet in and henyelled to get out andnhave a shower

Habitacion muy básica, sin lamparas de noche, cama muy vieja y colchon incómodo con sensación de huecos. Esto luego de pedir cambio de habitación por qué la ropa de cama estaba manchada.

Super safe and clean.

Had trouble with room’s door and I was immediately moved to another room once I told Front Desk about the problem. All Personnel was great, the awesome included breakfast is Superb. I did not get in the pool but rested a little by it and was an awesome spot to relax a little. There’s so many options to eat less than 2 mins away that there’s no need for you to leave the surroundings. Plus, so importantly, pharmacies and an Oxxo near by Both rooms felt a bit too tight for me, I am only 5’11 & 195lbs, therefore it is a bit likely to not be sleeping there again

The service and food of the hotel is great, the only problem we had was that on our room the bathroom door could not be closed and the bed’s sheets were a bit dirty but then they changed them

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. From the moment we pulled up to the door, the doorman helped us, then the front desk staff and so on. Comfortable rooms, good location, and restaurant and pool both were excellent. Morning breakfast was also very good. I wouldnt hesitate staying here again

Services was terrible. I when to dinner on the third floor . Only 3 clients and one big table for a bussiness demonstration. To serve me took more than 1/2 hour. One table had a kid about 5 or 6 years playing around with no supervision. Almost hit some ladies on one table . Staff did not do anything to correct situation. Then father started to play with him throwing a bottle of water to each other. Staff again did not do to correct situation. I ask managment next morning and told me she was the daughter of owner of the property.

During my recent last minute trip to Bucamangara I decided I would go for economy instead of my usual upscale hotel. I was impressed with this hotel as it exceeded its star rating mostly because of the excellent staff and available amenities. You can have a real Colombian experience right here at the this hotel.

This property is more like a cheap motel with uncomfortable bed and bad flooring. There are several much better choices within the price range of this hotel. We will never book this hotel again.

Ao chegar no hotel, não havia água, disseram que estavam consertando a bomba ou coisa parecida. Ficou mais de 1 hora para o conserto. E ninguém me falou nada na recepção, só fui descobrir quando cheguei no quarto para tomar banho e tive essa surpresa. A água do ralo do box do banheiro saia pelo ralo do outro lado, em frete ao vaso sanitário, e causando mau cheiro. Em um outro dia, não tinha água quente, só fria, e isso ficou da noite até a manhã seguinte.
