Perfect for what we were looking for!

The staff was very nice and attentive. The only thing that we did not like is that the workers have a very limited knowledge of English or Spanish. To make matters worse, our French was not that great. We had a lot of problems communicating.

The best thing in this property is that each room has a small kitchenette. Also, the place is so close to the park Montsouris and public transportation. One thing missing in the room is air conditioning; it was too hot to stay during this summer.

It is a unique property that has an old European charm. Expect small rooms, toilets and beds. The hallway, elevator and stairs are also tiny so don’t expect anything of Marriott or Fairmont status.

A basic hotel but has everything you need and close to public transport, shops and restaurants.

Nice place with character, close to the park and good for transport

I arrived to the hotel, but I was told that there was no reservation even though I booked it online. Instead, the person in charge there wanted to charge me for 3 separate rooms which costs twice as much of the one that I originally booked which was one single family room for 4 people. I won't recommend it.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre est comfortable. De plus, la chambre a tout les appareils necessaries comme un micro-onde, cuisinière et grille-pain. Très bien.

This is a dilapidated hotel with newly renovated bathrooms. If you intend to live in the shower, book this hotel. Otherwise, avoid.

It was so easy. Check in, the stay, check out. A park across the street, cafes on the corner, and close to the metro and then close to the airport.

A clean and comfortable place to stay just outside of Paris. Close to the Metro and lots of nice bakeries and Cafe's all within walking distance. Friendly staff. Overall no complaints.

Very clean and friendly staff, breakfast was small, one cereal, croissants, pain at choclat, fruit and yoghurts. 5 mins walk to train station, Norte dam is a must and only a couple of stops away, about 45 mins from CDG airport. Bed comfy and quiet area

Overall the hotel and stay were fine. Nothing to complain about there. When I made the booking, I had requested a baby crib. Upon arrival there wasn’t a crib in our room. After we asked the staff about it and he checked on it, turns out the crib was broken so he gave us a crib mattress and a bed sheet for our 1year old to sleep on. Really frustrating. It ended up working in the end...kind of but it should have already already been in our room or they should have notified us about the crib before we arrrived.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were given a room that was clean. No problem with that. But the internet connection was horrible. My husband and I had to log on seriously every minute, the connection would not stay connected. On reporting this to the manager she said it would be checked. She reported back to us the next day that it was just the way it was in France. We checked out and to this hotels credit they did give us a credit on our bill. We went to another hotel and had a perfect internet connection. I was extremely disappointed with the laissez fare attitude about this issue. Our room also was extremely creaky. We could not figure out if it was the pipes or what, but it was something inside the walls. I would not recommend a stay here because of these two issues.

Nice and comfortable hotel located in a quiet residential section of Paris. Did not find restaurants nearby.

It was okay but I wish the bathroom wasn't made of grey slate, I couldn't tell if it was clean or not. The toilet is also a bit high. I don't know if this is typical with Paris hotels but they use blankets with blanket covers instead of sheets.

I am very angry and disappointed. We booked our hotel through hotels.com I just saw my Visa now that i was charged two times for one night stay on the same day. How can they put through this twice? Now instead of enjoying my vacation as i am now in italy, i have to deal with this. The worst thing, i have no number to contact. I wont recommend hotels.com or this hotel at all. With regards to the hotel, very small, crowded. Not very clean.

Checkin is at 12 but Reception is closed from 12-3!

I was pleased that there was enough room for four of us to sleep comfortably. Room was walking distance from the metro. The staff weren't either friendly or helpful. Good room for Paris and to use as a place to spend the night.
