Great affordable place, owners were nice. Close to the beach and all stores.

I will definitely stay here again! I love the location, looking over the pool, the relaxed feeling of the place. Felt safe and secure. Having a washer and dryer was really convenient. Was so good to be able to cook a meal. Really happy!

We liked the unit a lot. Location was amazing. Lovely managers. Stairs were not great for us, we made do, but we had a great outdoor balcony. Free wifi was awesome.

This is the best kept secret in Surfers the retro unit is great. The check in and owners are great very welcoming location fabulous

I would highly recommend this property. We arrived outside of office hours but were given clear instruction on accessing the property and the lock box that contained our keys. The apartment was large, looked and smelt clean. The people managing the property were friendly and were out every day maintaining the property. The property is well positioned to easily walk to the beach, twilight markets and the numerous restaurant in surfers paradise. I will definitely be looking into booking this place again during summer.

Really close to beach and Surfers

Great for a week stay with a family, every thing supplied in kitchen, just a little outdated. But very convenient to Surfers.

Cost for the area and location !

Excellent position. Aged building. But was clean enough and would definitely stay again.

Rooms were very ordinary. Place was riddled with cockroaches. Fans didn’t work. Asian manager didn’t care .

Overall ok for a budget getaway , close to surfers paradise. However , you are expected to clean out after your stay, throw away rubbish etc. No room service in the 2 days we stayed.

Very expensive for the conditions, also the pool was empty for resurfacing and there was no notification about this when booking. Will not stay again and dont recommend

For the price we paid and the condition of the property. Was a rip off I believe the place needs a major renovation

Very disappointed

Overall was okay. Covers on second and third bed in room were covered in sand. We dusted them off and got on with it as the reception was closed on arrival. Location is great. Staff is friendly.
