Room was okay but the Ned was hard to sleep On

Room was spotless, Staff were so nice, Manor was beautiful, loved the old features, breakfast was great, bottle of wine was such a nice add on. Water pressure was low in the shower and the bathroom in Quidi Vidi room was very small but overall a very lovely stay.

Great staff, easy registration, clean room. Breakfast was great, included service to the room. Very nice place to relax.

The room was great (Clean, warm), the wonderful staff who checked us in and said goodbye when we left were so nice and helpful, the separate emtrance and hot tub in room were a major bonus.

This was not our first time staying here, and usually it's good. But this time, the customer service was severely lacking. I'm not sure if any of the management has changed, but I won't be staying here again.

I did not get the room I had reserved. I had quite intentionally reserved a room with an exterior entrance. When I arrived they said the room I had on my reservation was booked, and gave me an internal, bead and breakfast type room. When I sent a polite email to let them know afterwards they apologized, but made to effort to do anything about it.

Room was great, staff are amazing and nice as always, the obly thing id say is the TVs in the suites should be upgraded to smart TVs so guest can use netflix and other streaming services while they're there

Delightful place to stay:) Inn has a classic charm, with nice amenities. The room service breakfast was the best! Enjoyed having outdoor access to the room. Would recommend staying here as a great alternative to a hotel! Cozy vibe!
