Great staff - kind and welcoming.

Wonderful stay, helpful staff

It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs. The place seems to need some better cleaning outside and perhaps a new coat of paint. There is a highway next to the property. For a next time, we would like to stay more centric as Aix has a lot to offer in terms of exploring the city, restaurants and cafes.

This place did the job for the price, it had AC and a bed. Food nearby was disappointing other than an Italian place that looked promising, other than that I would drive a bit farther to find food.

Large and comfy room, quiet air conditioner which is very nice during the heatwave in July. Convenient place to explore the lavender fields in the region

Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet - zwar nahe am der Autobahn, jedoch ruhig. Unser Zimmer war mit einer kleinen Kochzeile und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Le logement correspondait à la description. Le grand plus : le parking et la possibilité de se faire la cuisine.

Excellent séjour, l'accueil très agréable et le studio hyper confortable. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Réservation en surbooking Pas de chambre au final et une misère pour ce faire rembourser l’intégralité de la réservation Hôtel.com ou l’hôtel responsable malgré un appel téléphonique quelques heures avant l’arrivée et la recherche d’un nouvel hébergement au dernier moment non pris en charge par la plate-forme ou l’hôtel

Très bien

Bon emplacement et commode. Le studio est très petit, les rideaux de la fenêtre et celui de la douche étaient extrêmement sales. Il serait bien de mettre des chaises confortables pour la table et qui servent aussi de fauteuils.
