Clean, comfortable room close to everything. Friendly staff.

This is a very old hotel, very expensive, and not worth the cost. We had a suite on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to the 4th so there were 20 steps to climb each time you went to your room. It could be an issue for some people. The people are very nice; it's just totally overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't recommend it.

Breakfast was authentic and delicious. Check-in at reception was friendly. Rooms were clean and well appointed. It's in a more out of the main tourist hub area so it's quiet.

Superb hotel really convenient for all Strasbourg has to offer. Really helpful staff especially Thomas behind reception. Room really nice and breakfast had lots of choice. The only negative is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from this type of establishment,but this would not stop me staying again

Good location, but lots of things were not working properly in our suite. However, they tried to repair them but in the end they didnt work.

My bad for not purchasing the parking before I got there. The address from the web site to the property did not work because of the one way streets but we got there. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and it was such a great location to walk to all the things we wanted to see.

Great staff. Thomas was very kind to us. We did miss a coffee maker in the room but there are plenty of great shops nearby. Loved Strausbourg and loved our hotel room here.

Poor conditions , service and attention. Front desk not helpful at all , Parking availability is only for 5/6 cars , So u have to hurry about for check in , Very very small bfast area and you have to wait for que , Overall It doesn’t worth its value at all , Price - performance balance is very poor …

The front desk people are awesome , really helpful and they have drinks for customers ( glugwein).. and lemon water , coffee is also available. But the service at the front desk is excellent, will come back

Inhospitable. Uncomfortable. Rude, arrogant and/or indolent staff. Definitely not a 4 stars, but a 2 for a very charitable evaluation. We could write an essay about why this hotel is so bad; in a few words, if one doesn’t care about comfort, a sense of privacy or a relaxing break and looks only for a convenient location to sleep for the night, then this is the right choice for you. We’ll definitely avoid this hotel when we’ll return to Strasbourg. Worst experience of the last two decades of travelling.

We got to the hotel early and they had our room available. The young front desk team is professional and friendly. Room 109: comfortable bed and nice separate bathroom. However, the room had no heat so a space heater was provided. Also this room is over the parking garage entry door opening, it is noisy.

Location was excellent,close to city center by 15 to 20 min walk.it had parking which was very convinient.staff was very helpfull and kind. Gabe us information about the erea and booked us place at resturants for diner.mostly recomended
