Hotel was spotless and staff so friendly. Ideal location

Stunning views. Clean room

Very enjoyable stay and view was great from 2nd floor with room very comfortable and clean. Sunbeds around the pool are at a premium as towels are put on very early and whilst this is against the hotel policy too many people are ignoring so in the end you have to join in! The breakfast choices is fantastic and very relaxed. Entertainment was of a good standard and some nights excellent especially the soul singer. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Excellent spacious apartments and superb food and cocktails

Excellent hotel, with friendly staff and great food options. Would definitely recommend the Select service, it is definitely worth it. Only issue was people saving sun loungers very early in the morning with their towels and not using them for hours. The hotel states that this is not permitted yet do not seem enforce this rule.

This was our first time staying and we will definitely be returning. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff are very friendly. My wife has a peanut and nut allergy and they were very good and at making sure the kitchen were made aware of this and it was never an issue. The hotels facilities are exceptional and the is finished to a very high standard. This hotel deserves to be listed as a five star hotel not just a four star.

Had a wonderful four days. The suites was all we could have hoped for. Great location and meals were excellent both in variety and quality. My husband snd I could find no faults.

The hotel is situated on the beach front which was better for us. There was no shortage of help from reception and our room was very spacious. The pool area is cleaned every morning.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. All staff were on hand to help as much as they could. The hotel is close distance to the beginning of the strip but also away enough for the hotel to be quiet and peaceful away from any hustle/noise. I'd definitely recommend and will be back myself.

Quiet and safe hotel, good dining and shopping options immediately in the area. Everything in the hotel was lovely. One minor potential improvement could be better quality coffee at breakfast, with warm plant based milk options.

This is my second time staying here. Rooms are nice but I am not a fan of the bedroom location of the suites as it’s back to back with the hallway so you hear all the late night people and early risers. The pool service is poor. The place could be empty and you still have to sit there for a long time waiting for this one guy ‘Santi’ to take your order. He is not the friendliest. Maybe it’s just that I live in NYC and expect quicker service but I can’t help getting frustrated. For a finish I went for food at Finnegans and that was great, lovely food with proper size pints of beer for half the price and hassle.

I wasn't happy when i got to the hotel i discovered that the room i booked was adults only. I was travelling with my 13 yr old child. I paid a lot of money to expieda for the room. When i put one adult and one child in search bar the room came up i booked it. Then when i was in the hotel i was told by staff i should be using the highfloor special guests perks that come with highfloor guests. Receptionist never told me anything about breakfast sitting area i was there 2 day's before i discovered this. I tried to explain to staff but they didn't really understand me. They themselves were confused. The hotel refused to give me the room i paid for they said i had to go back to expieda to get some of my money refunded. I really didn't like the experience with plus fariones hotel 😕

This was our 12th visit to the Canary Islands and we found this hotel the best yet. Excellent food, comfy beds
