It was really fast. I just gave my ID and they gave the keys. Within a couple minutes I was in my room.

This is a basic 3 star hotel. It does not offer any meals or food of any description. For example not even a vending machine. No tea/coffee machines in rooms, just a jug of coffee in reception area The staff were very good. Location right in city centre, easy walking distance to many tourist sites. In general, good value for money, but don't expect anything more than basic sleeping facilities only

The lack of hot water during our stay was a big disappointment. Management was unable to correct or explain it.

We liked that it was in the heart of centro. The staff were very helpful, especially Rossa, who went out of her way to assist us!

It’s a hotel room. Very little Amenities, bathroom little small. It was fine room same clean

Location is perfect. However, with location some minor noise from the street can be heard with a room facing the street. Light from outside also comes through as window in restroom reflects thorough glass door. Staff was courteous but based on experience from other other hotels across Mexico I feel as welcoming.

Great boutique hotel with a great location right in the Center of Queretaro.... the rooms are really large and well furnished. The only thing is the internet signal isn't too strong from some rooms, had a Zoom meeting and low bandwith but that didn't take away from the charm of the place. Coffee in the lobby in the AM no breakfast at hotel but less than a 1/2 block are all the restaurants so easy fix
