Quick and easy checkin.

We used this hotel as a stop over on the way back to the ferry home. The room was very basic. A very thin curtain, comfy bed but really hard pillows. It was fine for a stopover but was expecting a little more from the guest rating and price when I booked. Fine if you’re expecting basic and it was clean but I have stayed in much better premier inns.

Affordable, practical hotel for a family of three. The staff were amazing, especially Wilmer who went above and beyond to help us when we faced unexpected challenges.

Great hotel if you're going to a concert at the Zenith Metropole. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment, but for a one night stay it was perfect - and with plenty of free parking.

Excellant hotel, helpfull and friendly staff.In a prime position to attend concerts at the Zenith and to go shopping at Atlantis Centre. And so close to two wonderfull restaurants.

The hotel is very good. Car park spaces. Tramway and buses to get there. It is just a bit of distance from the city centre, but is convenient. Clean room, well presented and good size. The tragic could be heard with the window open; if it is close, no worries. Very nice and helpful staff 24/7. Overall - very good. Shops and restaurant very close.

A very comfy and reasonably equipped hotel. It might be easy to miss as it is tucked away on a trading estate. The next door Italian restaurant is a gem with food that is too good to overlook. Convenient for the airport.

Apart from the evening person at reception not knowingly the code for the HDMI cable access, it could not have been better for us. It was just what we needed, quiet and comfortable with easy access and quick check in

The service was excellent. She was very welcoming and helpful. She suggested the breakfast buffet and that was a great idea. They made a homemade far breton that was very good. The overall experience was excellent

Good breakfast with homemade items (yoghurt, flan) included. Ample car parking. Easy to find and conveniently located

The room and bathroom were small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and great service. We forgot our coats in the room closest when we left, so were surprised that the staff found them and put them aside for us to either come and pick up later or mail them back. I would recommend this place to everyone.
