Liked the private pool aspect of the hotel, however it wasn't positioned in the sun so was a little cold, even later in the day. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and plenty of space for everyone.

If it wasnt for paying for an upgraded room and having our own pool then we'd properly have had a worse time here. I agree with a lot of the reviews, this is not a 5 star hotel more like 3. Cocktails were absolutely rubbish and just thrown together and tasted horrible! Upon check in we were given zero information and were just handed a map. Prior to our arrival we emailed the hotel asking if we could pay for late check in and they offered us a late check out at 4pm at no extra cost. I asked the guy about our check out time when checking in and all he said was don't worry. 2pm came on our last day and a group of housemaids were knocking and we informed them we have late check out. We then received a phone call stating that we had to leave as new lodgers were waiting and the late check out was based on availability despite having an email clearly stating that we could check out af 4pm. We weren't ready at all to leave as we hadn't quite packed and had just gotten out of a shower so at this point we were rushing. By the time we checked out the staff at the check in desk were pretty unfriendly and it felt like after all the money we had spent for the week were now unwelcome. Horrible! The food was so so average and we dreaded breakfast, lunch and dinner by the third day! Most days were the same food but made differently. The main restaurant staff weren't great either. Forgot our drinks on every sitting.

WoW simply WoW! We have just returned home from staying at the Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort. We’ve had an absolutely wonderful time. The whole experience of staying here at Kresten Royal in Rhodes was just so perfect. From start to finish the staff couldn’t do more for us. The hotel was amazing, it has everything you could ever ask for. Beautiful spotlessly clean illuminated pools. Bars with a fantastic drinks selection, restaurants serving outstanding delicious food. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding for service and selection of food, from fresh fruit, eggs however you like them, meats, salmon, fresh pastries and bread, fresh pancakes cooked right before you eyes, cheeses galore etc etc. An amazing amphitheatre for entertainment virtually every night. A private beach with sun loungers to access a small enclosed cove to swim and snorkel and venture out into the crystal clear sea, or to just dip your feet into to cool down. We were lucky enough to book a Junior Suit with our very own private Pool that was out of this world to jump into whenever we fancied cooling off, great for a midnight dip after visiting the Beautiful Old Town of Rhodes which is only a 10 minute taxi ride to some delicious restaurants. I’d highly recommend Romeo’s for a complete Greek atmosphere including smashing your very own plates Greek style. Or if you fancy a fine dinning experience I’d highly recommend Marco Polos Mansion, a simply delicious experience. I’ll be back soon. Johnny

We have just returned from a week at the fabulous Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort. We are a family of 4 - our children are 11 & 16. The whole resort is wonderfully relaxed and beautifully maintained - with excellent service throughout and everyone we spoke to during our stay thought the same. There were lots of families there also - who all seemed to be having as much fun. There are not any entertainment staff - but for us that is what we were looking for as our children prefer to make friends - which they did. The food choices throughout the day are superb and we could not fault this - likewise our room was kept immaculate by the maid staff. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to this fabulous resort.

Great facilities, great service and lovely views over Rhodes old town

Firstly, the food was awful in the Greek and Italian restaurants. The Greek menu only had two set menus with either a Fish option or a Meat option. My starter was a flavourless greek salad that looked really boring. I chose the sea bass as my main and it came with some sweet dressing and the entire dish tasted really awful. I was too embarrassed about the food I quietly told the waitress what we thought of the food and left very quickly. My daughter and I thought the Italian Restaurant would be much better but was also disappointing. The buffet food in the main restaurant was also flavourless. Thinking it was a spa hotel, I was surprised we had to pay for this facility and it was not part of the package. had I have known that I would have to pay for the use of the sauna and steam room, I would not have booked this hotel. We also we had to pay for the wifi in our room. Staff were all nice and helpful

Location was great, close to airport and to the old/new town. Nice people. We feel very safe. Food was alright. The only down side is the internet. You can only use the wifi in the reception. But overall our stay was very nice. Definitely recommending this hotel. Great for family.

Hotel was amazing but somehow the hotel managed to over-reserve lots of rooms so lots of people including us had to stay in sister hotel for a couple of nights which was no were near the same standard. In fairness we got upgraded to all inclusive which covered the bad sleeping arrangements.

We booked a junior suite with a private pool. I emailed ahead and asked for a private room. When we checked into our suite, it was right next to the pool (noisy). They moved me to a new suite. Pools are crowded but it did not affect us as we had our own pool, but beware. As most places in Greece, service is lacking and they are understaffed. Breakfast buffet always has a line due to the slowness of the staff clearing the tables.

This hotel looked fantastic when we rocked up. We found out the some of the staff were lazy and not helpful except for cleaners kids club staff and pool bar man. This resort was full of tourists. Breakfast had not frappe and one bar had no ice this is Greece in summer I would look somewhere else

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Top Hotel - lediglich bei der Dusche ist am Boden das Wasser ausgelaufen (Dichtungen undicht). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Guten Tag, wir haben am 20.09.25 gebucht vom 25.09.25 bis 02.10.25. Und es war einfach der Hammer dass wir das beste Zimmer (Aussicht usw.) erhalten haben. Aussicht auf den Hafen von Rhodos, wo wir diverse Kreuzfahrtschiffe auch mit Feldstecher beobachten konnten. Da wir einen Privaten Pool hatten konnten wir uns sehr gut entspannen und das Essen war auch sehr gut. Wir waren zum 2ten Mal hier und wir wurden gleich wiedererkannt. :-) Und jeden Mittag wurde für uns (wie das letzte Mal) den Tisch im inneren vorne links für uns reserviert. Einfach super klasse dieser Service. Leider konnten wir uns nicht persönlich bei Ihr verabschieden, aber ich hoffe, dass sie das auf diesem Weg so lesen kann. Da wir nur im Zimmer oder im Hotel unterwegs waren, kann ich die Umgebung nicht beurteilen. Wir haben kein Auto gemietet. Sonst einen Transfer in die "Hauptstadt" macht auch keinen Sinn wenn gleich 3 Kreuzfahrtschiffe am Tag und noch weitere Segelschiffe am Hafen andocken um Rhodos zu erkundigen. Pool Top, Personal Top und unser Zimmer ist eh der Hammer. Bitte leitet diese Nachricht an die sehr nette Frau (leider kennen wir Ihren Namen nicht) vom Gaia weiter wo uns wie VIP behandelt hat. Sie ist einfach Super. Wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüsse

Schöner Urlaub, unweit von Rhodos-Stadt. Zugang zum Meer über eine kleine Bucht zwischen den Felsen. Ein Mietwagen ist hier absolut sinnvoll. Paar Kilometer zum flachen Sandstrand in Faliraki. Essen im Hotel sehr gut.
