El hotel es muy bonito, tiene una muy buena ubicación, el servicio es bueno, la vista es hermosa

No me agrado mucho que el estacionamiento para el hospedaje este separado ya que entramos por el estacionamiento del restaurante que es el que estaba abierto, no había agua caliente en el baño y tuvimos que hablar para pedir la clave del wifi que no era buena la señal

I walked in n out of the place. I’m usually very tolerant but this time I had to walk away. -internet does not reach the room; hence just lobby - The room was very basic and no tv - it was a rainy day and the room was cold - the room was “sanitized” by the receptionist using a can of something; which it smelled like it initially - I was told that there was no service at the restaurant because there was no gas; however, I saw a person eating at the restaurant later on. The grounds are nice but it looked eerie to the point that I had to just drive away and go elsewhere.

Was ok but the restaurant, wasn’t prep to serve more than 5 costumers 😔

Is has a nice view of Pena of Bernal. The rom was too small, no air conditioner or a simple fun, no tv, no wifi in the room.

I stayed weekend over Saturday night. The views of Pena de Belnar rock from the restaurant and outside the garden was superb!! The hotel staffs are so friendly and supportive for anything I asked. The food served was fantastic. The cons is the shower did not have hot water in the morning till boiler got turned out over night and took more than 2 hours to get warm shower in the room even though room was nice. But beyond that I don't have any complain. The chinchilla breakfast was so delicious in the breakfast!!

It was great, I booked a Romantic Night, and I got a place just for my Wife and myself with a 4 course Meal. The view is just amazing.

The most important thing I can say about the hotel is the nice view, but it lacks certain basic commodities.

No se pudo hacer check in porque el hotel esta clausurado. Nadie del hotel se hace responsable. Pero agradezco la atención del personal de Expedia que me colocó en otro hotel.

Solicite un huésped extra y no había servicio suficiente para la tercer persona, toallas, jabón y shampoo

La cancelaría y en especial las puertas podrían mejorarse, ya que no ajustan bien y el aire o animales pueden ingresar a la habitación, un telefono para servicio a cuarto seria un plus

La vista es su mayor atractivo, sin embargo, los servicios que ofrece y la calidad de las habitaciones son promedio. Por ejemplo, pedimos una plancha y el hotel no tenia disponibles. Todas las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y serviciales, sin embargo, lo que te ofrece el hotel es muy limitado.
