They charged me $120 after I checked out! I phoned them and the assistant manager really didn’t know why. When I checked out they looked over the room and said the towels were dirty ( from my girlfriend’s makeup and blood from my scratch on my finger). They didn’t charge me for that at the time of check out. They refunded $70 with no explanation and the manager hasn’t returned my calls. Seems like fraud to me. Not impressed at all!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast staff went above and beyond. Room was clean, bed were comfortable.

As a large family it was fantastic to find a hotel that had three real beds in one room (no pull out couch!). The beds were comfortable too. The layout was great for our stay and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. The breakfast had many options and gave us fuel for the day. This property is a reasonable commute to west Edmonton area. We didn’t explore around the hotel but there were fast food options next door and across the street. We did notice some highway noise before we went to sleep, but did not keep us from a good night sleep. We would stay again!

Check in was seamless. Room was clean with modern decor. The room was a bit chilly but had a thermostat so was able to increase the temperature. Was a very pleasant stay.

Friendly staff and clean room.

This hotel never ceases to impress me. I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem with anything. This time, I had very noisy neighbours. But being a long weekend, I guess it is to be expected. But after asking nicely for a room change, the lovely lady on the front desk accommodated my request. I was very impressed. The hotel was recently renovated and it’s clean, modern and comfortable. Days Inn Stony Plain has earned my loyalty.

The property was clean & comfortable. My only suggestion would be is to offer gluten free options so that everyone can have breakfast.

Nice stay

Breakfast was substantial. I didn’t like that the fan came on when you turned on the bathroom light. Very loud. Rooms are small but I know you can’t change that! 😊 Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Good stuff

I like the ease of getting to the place, and that it is very quiet. It's also really safe, don't have to worry about my vehicle being broken into. Good hot breakfast to boot!

Extremely clean from lobby and hallways, to the rooms. Impeccable! 10/10 will definitely stay here again. Hot breakfast was also really good.

Newer hotel convenient located. Room is not huge but for a one night stay it was perfect.

Would hav e been great except our room was in the middle of a girls soccer team. They were on both sides of us and across the hall. A bit noisy.

The room we received was the size of a child’s bedroom and that included the bathroom. The room would barely be suitable for a single person. The room was very hot throughout the night even using the AC. The bed was extremely small also. The breakfast provided was cold. The renovated building was very nice to see. Disappointed. Do Better!
