His room on the 4th floor was dusty. What makes it uncomfortable is a small cockroach on the headboard. After the complaint was moved to another room, apparently there were still bugs?

As the 4 stars Hotel I think this building so under expectation. Dark room, dark toilet, hard bed. I just stay 1 night for my 5 night reservations and move to another nearby hotel.

We stayed 4 days. given an ugly room. The smell of AC is not pleasant and difficult to set. the remote often dies alone. The room is crowded. friendly service The receptionist really helped. But the room is uncomfortable

The room is just a cockroach. It seems rarely cleaned, asked to move, other rooms turned out the same. small cockroach where.

The hotel is rather old but comfortable, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, suitable for those who want to shop to platinum and Pratunam market because it is so close to its location.

The breakfast food is not creative. Everyday we ate same thing. Please pay more attention to breakfast variety and changes it not just everyday eat same dishese (sunny side egg, fish, chicken, etc). Change the way they were served and cooked.

Nice hotel on the edge of the highway, near everywhere and the rooms are also large. The walk to platinum mall is only 10 minutes, the breakfast is also delicious

From in front of the hotel, looks like small hotel. But inside it is big and comfortable. My room was upgraded. I didn't know why, maybe the hectic of guests, breakfast was ordinary. But so far everything is OK.

3-4 star hotel but really bad quality. Dark room, dirty bathtub, no slippers to wear in the room. toothpaste toothbrush also, no old equipment. Completely dissatisfied with the money spent.

5 stars about its location. Pratunam market, Platinum, Seven eleven, street foods, Talad neon night market, big C can be reach by foot. The hotel's staff is good. I think they improved their staff quality based on many bad reviews about the staff. The breakfast good enough. It has much choice of foods, the taste is standard. Maybe I will stay on this hotel again when come to bangkok later.

There are 2 small cockroaches inside the room, one near the rubbish bin and killed in front of the bathroom. The second one is in the refrigerator, it climbed up to my bottle and I brought it to the bathroom and tried to flushed away from the wastafel. But it climbed up again & my friend killed it nearby the washtafel. This happened on the day 2. I stayed 4 days in the hotel. Everyday they clean up the room. But until the day I check out, the cockroach still there. The location is good. They breakfast is still ok. The room not so comfort as I expected. Most of the TV channel are in Thai, except 1 in Cantonese and the other is somewhere Eroupean language.
