La localizacion de este hotel es inmejorable. A media cuadra de la catedral y plaza principal. Sales del hotel y a unos pasos estas en la calle mas visitada de la cuidad,llena de vida, plazas, iglesias hermosas y restaurantes. A 10 minutos caminando de Paseo de los monteros y del corredor gastronomico. La ubicacion del hotel realmente hizo de nuestra experiencia algo especial en Merida. El dueño del Hotel, el Sr Raul, esta siempre atento del servicio, y de todo lo que hace que el hotel sea excelente. Fue un anfitrion de primera y nos hizo sentir como en casa. El desayuno estaba incluido en nuestro paquete, y es delicioso y tan basto que es como un “ lunch” o almuerzo. Notamos que hay gente que va a desayunar ahi sin ser huespedes, por lo decioso que es. Las mermeladas unicas y deliciosas. Nuestra habitacion muy linda,y muy espaciosa, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien!! Lo que es indispensable en Merida 😂 Recomendamos este hotel para su estancia en Metida!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mansion Merida, the hotel is beautiful, and the customer is outstanding. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and an AC that worked great! The bathroom had good quality toiletries as well as a mosquito repellent spray. We were greeted with drinks and a fruit basket in our room. The owner came to say hi one day while we were having breakfast which it was a nice personal touch.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and this time one of our daughters was in town for a visit, so we decided to stay a night and show her this amazing place. From service to surroundings, it doesn't get better than Mansion Merida!

Raul and staff were amazing they took care off all are needs excellent place to stay recommend 100% percent will be back thank you for the hospitality.

Love this property! The whole staff is amazing very helpful amd friendly with every single detail. My experience was amazing wish I can stayed for more days. Love the location because is walkable to everything. Thank you to all the employees for this amazing experience

Our trip evolved over our stay to include a need for additional rooms and to say that the service and attention we received was great would be an understatement. Raul and the entire staff made us feel like family. The help and attention and well as the service was outstanding. Our family has traveled extensively all over the world and the service we received here was by far the best we have experienced. Thank you Merida Mansion. We look forward to visiting you again in the not to distant future.

It is the best Hotel in the CENTRO of Merida

Beautiful and very relaxing. The service was impeccable and the dining for breakfast had many choices and food was freshly served with great presentation. Really nice personal touches from fresh baked cookies, to an outing bag provided with towels and mosquito spray and umbrellas for sun protection. Raul and staff went out of their way to make you feel at home. In the city center, it was a great base to visit the many cenotes and surrounding pueblos. What a great experience. The hotel is a beautiful architectural style and beautifully decorated.The staff is excellent, very courteous. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a lot of variety.The owner Don Raul welcomed us personally to the mansion of his great grandfather. We felt that we were staying not in a hotel but in a beautiful mansion. For sure we will recommend this boutique hotel to our family and friends.

The place is unique , well kept property ,a historic place . In the heart of the city, what lacks in modern features , it complements with the beauty of the place . The owner calls everyone by their name , takes the time to ask if all is well . Being so close to historic downtown , has its plus and minus, walkable distance to most places , might a bit noisy at night , Still , I Highly recommend this gem

Our stay at the Merida Mansion was unforgettable. This stunning hotel—an old hacienda—felt like a warm, welcoming home from the moment we arrived. The space was filled with incredible artwork, all curated by the owner’s great-great-grandfather, which added a personal and historical touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Our room was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby every night. The staff was exceptional, consistently checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They even helped us plan a perfect day trip to the ruins and cenotes, coordinating everything so we could relax and enjoy without any stress. Breakfast each morning was delicious and satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed dinner at their wonderful on-site restaurant. And after a long day of travel, the welcome drink they offered was the perfect touch—it truly made us feel cared for. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Merida. It's elegant, cozy, and the service is top-tier.

Gente muy amable de servicio, en un palacete precioso

Beautiful property, everything was very clean. Service was great. Very friendly people. It's close to everything but the downside is that means lots of traffic. Only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the parking if you have a rental. You can't self park but they have free valet service. You just have to make sure you don't forget anything in your car. Other than that, it was a great stay.
