Good location, friendly and helpful staff

The best breakfast of the various places we stayed in Poland.a new and modern hotel in the middle of old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great property, helpful staff. Great location. Not a lot of room in the bathrooms for makeup and stuff, but otherwise a fantastic place in pretty much every way. Great food too… Expensive breakfast but pretty worth it.

Beautiful hotel just outside of the old square, perfect location.

And pose now this hotel was extremely convenient. Only a six minute walk to the main square yet it was quiet for sleeping at night due to the separation of a couple blocks. The staff was extremely helpful in booking our next train to our next destination and organizing morning taxis to the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant is phenomenal. The 24 hour coffee tea water station was truly fantastic very good quality, cappuccinos, and very good for the business person or traveler on an odd schedule. Due to my Expedia status, both of my rooms received a complementary bottle of bubbly which we enjoyed in the outdoor Greenspace just off of the hotel lobby, which was a very nice calm space to relax and use the hotel Wi-Fi. The spa was pleasant. The rooms were modern and used the small space efficiently. Traveling from the United States for nearly 2 weeks meant we had excess luggage and there was a very small closet. However, the room would be a perfect arrangement for the typical European four-day weekend. Comfortable bed. Kind staff.

Rooms are relatively small however the staff are excellent, the place is spotless and the breakfast is very very good. This is our 2nd stay coming from Vancouver. Will do it again the next time in Poznan.

We stayed in a junior suite as a treat for my husband's birthday. It was gorgeous! There were macarons for our arrival, plus a token for a welcome drink at the bar. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, you got the feeling that if there were any problems they would jump on it to fix whatever it was. The coffee machine in the lobby was free to use all day everyday, and there were often little extras there too, like fruit infused water, or one night even a cocktail. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room with a powerful shower and underfloor heating. We only ate there once, as there's so much choice in Poznan, but it was beautiful. The hotel is so close the the central square, so it's location is ideal! We didn't get the breakfast, and instead chose to find breakfast in town (there are lots of bakeries on the other side of the square).

We stay at Puro hotels every time we go to Poland and they're outstanding. The design is gorgeous, amenities are great, locations perfect. The only hotel I want to stay in :)

Clean room but very basic equipment - minus for the lack of USB sockets. Fresh and taste breakfast however, the wait staff is very confused during peak hours.

Great experience, with very attentive reception staff who have been abel to support needs of my elderly parents including offering chair for the shower to make stay more confortable. Good location, great bar and restuarant, with very attentive service. Breakfast was great, choice during the Easter break was impressive. However I would see opportunity for improvment in rooms amenities. There was no tissues and body lotion in the bathroom. There was also no kettle in the rooms. There is complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, however its not alawyas convinient e.g. if you need hot water for medication and you may need to go down to the lobby each time

Well I thought this was great. Good service, lovely (if compact) rooms (though the automatic bathroom light is a source of great irritation). Great restaurant on site. Clever free access coffee machine in the lobby. Glad I stayed here.

I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I chose this chain because I often stay at your property in Warsaw, where everything is always excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel in Poznan did not meet my expectations. I arrived late in the evening and expected the room to have all the basic amenities. Instead, there were no slippers, no bathrobe, and no coffee/tea facilities. I did not want to have to call and request items that should be standard in the room. When I asked for a kettle, it would have been logical to provide a cup and tea along with it, but that was also missing. The room felt like a hospital room rather than a hotel – it was a disabled-access room with nothing to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing – it seemed like leftovers from the day before.
