Sauna, steam rooms, and hottubs were nice

Quaint little hotel that was very clean, quiet, and cozy. Overlooks the lake and also had spa access which was fantastic. Only downside was the restaurant was closed and the nearest places to get food were a bit of a drive and not many options. Friendly staff and lovely place otherwise!

Beautiful lobby and friendly reception. The room was nicer t’and had more amenities than expected. Very quiet room and very comfortable bed and pillows.

Nice facility

We stayed 1 night! The bedding is very very comfortable, hot and super clean. The bedroom is very basic and the look is dated and very basic. Same for the bathroom. Our breakfast was included but, for a Sunday morning, ended at 10am!! We were there to relax and take our time… not possible. And at 10am sharp the waitress took everything out… no time even for a second coffee… very disappointing…..

Would be a terrific spot in summer, and a good base for skiing in winter- but we were there in between. Poor timing on our part. If you are going to visit this area a few weeks earlier for the change of the colours, or summer, or winter. Off season: well, shucks.

We really enjoyed our night at this hotel. We had a gorgeous view of Lac Brome from our balcony, and our room was very comfortable and completely redone. The fireplace has not yet been set up since the renos, but otherwise, first rate. Great shower, decor and comfy bedding. Breakfast was continental but well-staffed and enjoyable. We would return.

Great on lake property. Microwave would have been good. Hot tub lovely.

this hotel was advertised as being four star and having a restaurant. The restaurant was not open and you had to drive several miles to eat. Staff were sitting behind a very high counter and never greeted you either going or coming and neither did they arise from their chair.

Il n'a jamais été dit qu'il n'y avait pas de restaurant. Il devait réouvrir le 1er octobre, mais le 19 octobre, il n'était toujours ouvert. Et donc pour manger, il fallait sortir à chaque fois. Le prix est vraiment trop élevé pour ne pas avoir de restaurant.

Very nice short stay hotel. Great view and friendly service.

The location on the lake was lovely and the proximity to Knowlton was excellent.
