The hotel was very nice, loved the amenities it had (i.e. Pool, Gym, complimentary breakfast) The room I stayed in was very exquisite, spacious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Will definitely stay here again

Fairly new and well maintained facility. Quiet and good location.

My husband and I stayed four nights. I asked the attendant if we could have clean towels on 3rd day. Housekeeping replenished the towels, coffee, and took out the trash later that day. When we left the hotel check out was quick.

Nice room and good service. Quiet and good breakfast. Only negative was wall next to shower was damaged and smelled weird in there. Dog fee was 25 per stay but they said at checkout that it was per dog.

The hotel was okay. There was a weird smell once in the room. Check in was okay, the guy was very unfriendly and rude. Check out was okay we just used the automatic check out. I was very surprised to have the front desk come to my room at 10:45 in the morning to tell me it was time to check out and was very rude about it. My husband said we are almost done packing up and the man’s response was well check out is at 11. Overall stay was okay, but don’t think I’ll be back due to staff.

Always a nice place to stay.

The pool was really gross amd smellwd like fish. They advertise pool towels but had none. The spa did not have heat but that was not advertised upon booking. The staff member was very rude. They informed me id be charged a 25 dollar hold for incidentalz, which is fine, but then it showed an exrra 71.86 dollsr charge. I asked about it, he was very rude and dizmissive and said he doesnt know what that is and if i have a problem with it to take it up with management. They still never could confirm what the extra charge was.

The motel and staff are great. However the color and designs do a great disservice to the beautiful state of New Mexico. I feel many motel to reflect local culture. This is one of the absolute ugliest colors of any “newer” motel I can recall staying in. Drove me crazy. Ugly rugs and an ugly mustardy accent color on some walls.

The property was amazing, and the staff were outstanding. I recently stayed at the La Quinta in Albuquerque, and let me tell you that La Quinta was disgusting. The one here in Artesia was opposite and has such an amazing staff.

Nice hotel with convenient location. We stayed twice. Unfortunately, the second time the room only had a refrigerator without a freezer. Hotels should know that people travel with freezer packs keep medications and food and drinks cold. Also, the hotel is pet friendly, but there is no pet area outside. I suggest an area with artificial grass be created.

People travel with ice packs to keep their beverages and food cold and hotels don't accommodate that. Also, being "pet friendly" I would suggest they have an artificial grass area for pets outside.

Awful place, had to wait over an hour to get my room, which was dirty, there was hair all over the place, when I had to checkout the girl in the front desk was very rude, and told me they were super busy that’s why I had to wait that long to get my room.
