Beautiful property and welcoming staff

THE PROPERTY’S BOTH SPAS HEAT/JETS WERE NOT WORKING. THIS IS REALLY AN IMPORTANT ISSUE THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED. ALSO, PROBABLY NEED MORE SERVERS AT THE POOLSIDE FOR DRINKS AND FOOD.

The staff was outstanding and friendly. The setup and layout of the resort was fantastic. Right next to the beach with plenty of food and drink options. We were totally happy there for a week and would have gladly stayed another week without ever leaving the property.

Beautiful property, gorgeous views and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is delicious! Workout facilities are very nice too.

Stellar stay every visit. the grounds are stunning, the staff is the most friendly, give the highest level of service. Great pools, spa, dining. You have to be willing to take a lot of Ubers for the 5 miles downtown, for restaurants, clubs etc. but plenty of dining on property as well

They say they don’t have a meal plan but they do and will try to swindle you with a timeshare! Our bill with the meal plan was ridiculous! They up charged us over 1500 over the meal plan which should have been included!

We had a wonderful time in Hacienda del Mar

The grounds are beautiful! The room was comfortable and spacious. The views from the main pools are unmatched! Staff are friendly. The service at the pool was slow. It seemed they were understaffed. Drink prices were really expensive for Mexico, like $20 cocktails. Service at the restaurant, Pitahayas, was terrible. The food was great, but it got cold while I waited for salt and pepper. The service at the other restaurants was much better. I would stay here again, and definitely do the all inclusive option.

Our room was a suite ocean front view and it smelled like fresh paint. Super clean and friendly professional staff
