The room was clean and everythung we requested for was provided.

The rooms are comfortable, quiet and the staff in every department were stand out professionals !! I loved the coffee service in the main lobby where I could make my own Expresso, Macchiatto, and Americano drinks!!!

The hotel is not in a great area, homeless encampments nearby. Went to “fitness centre “, all 4 machines not working . It’s fine but seriously overpriced

We were very disappointed with our experience at this Best Western. The noise of the forced air system was so loud we were unable to sleep in the room. According to maintenance, all the other newly renovated rooms were the same and there was nothing they could do. When we left at 9:00 pm and asked for a refund, we were told that since we booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do and to contact Expedia. The hotel said if we had booked directly through the hotel they could have done something. We contacted Expedia but they were unable and unwilling to do anything and blamed it on the hotel policy.

The hot tub jets didn’t work, but they advertised hot tub. Looked like the jets hadn’t worked for a while.

All over great place. The pool was down our first night and the hot tub was not very hot! But other than that a great place. Location was good.

The staff was helpful in making sure I got a pet friendly room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The building itself was dated although it was clean. The pool was nice enough. The pillows were lumpy and the mattress was too.
