I arrived late around 22h30 with flight from JNB, staff where very unfriendly and not helpful. Received no information regarding breakfast or even times. Had to carry my own suitecases to the room to different floor level. When asked for assistance I was just told"you can ask the security man if he can help you"Next morning just around 8am as I still been sleeping, got woken up by housekeeping to clean the room. I think its bad service as you have information who is inhouse and who is checking out and you work accordingly to that. Only when I checked out, a friendly lady assisted me. I didn't use any other sevices as felt I would also be dissapointed.
