Very clean place, helpfull employes

Nice spot in San Felipe. Quick cheap bus to Centro. Surprisingly good restaurant. Very clean. Nice grounds. The bathroom a little dated. The pool was closed for repairs. Towels old and in need of replacement. Mostly a very good value and a good location if you want to be in that part of the city.

Overall a decent hotel, clean rooms and relatively quiet atmosphere. However, I was very disappointed with the service from the hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and booked my accommodation thru Hotels.com, specifically selecting the only available “pet friendly” room. The reservation stated that ALL taxes and fees were included in the final price. Upon checkout, the hotel charged me $1,200 in “pet fees” which I found to be very misleading. If there were additional fees those should have been made clear up front, prior to me booking and paying for a non-refundable reservation. Secondly, the hotel should have informed me of this at check in, not at checkout after I had stayed there for three nights. Finally, the hotel manager could have waived this fee based on the circumstances and the fact it was not disclosed up front, but they refused to do so. I would not recommend this hotel to those traveling with pets, very disappointing experience.

Nice looking property in what looked to be an interesting part of Oaxaca. Room was spacious, clean and complex was the same. Bed was too hard for me, but I realize many like that. I will stay there tambien!

We only stayed one night, but the property was clean and beautiful. It had off street parking and was pet friendly. Would stay again!

The property is small but beautiful. The restaurant in the hotel serves great food. Although it only provides basic amenities but they are enough for a short stay.

I reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights. My friend in Mexico called a few times to make sure our reservation was in their system. When we arrived, they only had 2 rooms for us and one couple with us had to go to another hotel for 1 night. The second night they made me move from my room to a smaller room. Very disappointing!

Place is not near Centro, you need to take a taxi 60pesos. But place is really carm and hotel is clearn and comfort. If you arrive by car this is good place, parking is free and you can drive to centro or historical place. Also with family is good, there is a pool kids can enjoy and gardn is beautiful. Hotel staff are so kind, room cleaning are perfect. There is free WiFi but signal is not so strong. to see movie it does not work well, but to see page no problem. Compare with Centro hotel, I prefer this because it carm and hospitality. Next time I will use this hotel again.

This hotel best assets is their employees, juventino makes you feel like you are at home with great deal of touristic information tips on where to go etc. the rooms does not have a coffee maker and they are small. We had a triple and with barely room to open our luggage. The beds are in the super firm mattress side too hard to sleep but clean and neat. Neighborhood is safe and nice part of the city, plan to spend money in taxi to get you to downtown Nice experience overall

At least if your in Oaxaca serve good coffee! I don't know why, but the coffee they serve there was not hot and didn't taste good. Other than that, it was a nice place.

La habitación bien, limpia, los servicios pueden mejorar, la alberca no esta climatizada con caldera por lo que fue imposible ocupar esto fue decepcionante ya que mi reserva fue en función al uso de esta amenidad.

Se necesita alguien que opere el estacionamiento y más espacio para el mismo, si no es inconveniente salir y estacionarse.
