The scenery is fantastic. The room was great because it really fit in with the rest of the mountain. It had a cabin feel with modern amenities!

Las instalaciones del hotel podrían beneficiarse de un poco de mantenimiento, ya que los cuartos requieren una mejora en el clima y algunos enchufes no funcionan correctamente el internet no funciona. Además, sería ideal que colocaran toallas mas nuevas para cara y baño y mejoraran la accesibilidad, ya que hay demasiados escalones para personas de la tercera o personas con movilidad reducida. Un ambiente más limpio y acogedor haría una gran diferencia.

Excelentes instalaciones. La zona está perfecta para despejarte de la ciudad, excelentes vistas. La comida de la carta del restaurante está regular pero el buffet de desayuno está excelente! Lo único que no nos gustó fue que el room service debes pagarlo en efectivo porque no cuentan con terminales inalámbricas para poder hacer pago con tarjeta.

The staff was being training and the trainer was yelling to the trainees, and very aggressive the trainer against the customer I had to ask a manager to get another staff member. I originally call the hotel to ask about an early check in and they advised me don’t worry we don’t have room available only cabanas for 6-8 people. Which it was a lie, the hotel was empty. Hope they change the staff, since it’s a very beautiful place.

The sound insulation is too poor. I could easily hear the noise from the next room at night, and I could not sleep well.

La habitación se ve bonita, pero las paredes dejan pasar el ruido de cuarto anexo y me tocó un vecino que roncaba fuerte.. el personal de recepción poco amable. La cama dura. Amanecí molido..

Very good option

This was somewhere that we didn't expect to go to. Visiting family in the area and needed a room because they were hosting others. Tried several hotels and all booked. Found this one and my Aunt said "What? You will like it!". It is a drive up the mountain but the view is really great. You can see all of Monterey spread out below. Had a couple's massage and then dinner at 9:30p and they were still serving until 11! Made our trip that much more awesome!

This was the first time staying at this hotel and the experience was worth it. The nature was amazing snd refreshing. I will definitely book again when I visit Monterrey. The hotel doesn't get enough publicity, people need to know about this jewel hidden on the top of Chipinque.
