When we chose this hotel we chose it because it was supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. When we got there they told us that our dog was not allowed to be in the public areas and the only place where he could be was in our room. We travel a lot and when we go to a pet friendly place we are allowed to bring our little toy barboncino everywhere with no restrictions. We were supposed to be there two days but we were so disappointed that we left a day earlier. Of course we will never be back and also we will never use Expedia to book our vacations or reservations because they also failed. They should have warned us about the restrictions that the hotel had on pets. It makes no sense that you are a pet friendly hotel and the only place where they are allowed is locked in your room. Unacceptable!!

Great room, very affordable

Our room was spotless clean. Very friendly staff. Quite impressive. And it doesn't cost millions.

This place was quiet clean and peaceful . Well located to explore the south west of the island. Staff was great and helpful.

The property inside and out looks like a well malt prison .Our room was without window which can not be expected in Sardinia .The whole point of the booking was view.

Great hotel, peaceful location, lovely pool and really friendly staff! Good proximity to beaches and restaurants (with a car). Rooms very spacious but the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising. Check out too early (although seems to be a trend in Italy) but doesn’t allow for a leisurely breakfast and check-out. The hotel was however a accommodating and granted us a bit longer! Would stay again.

I was impressed with the flexibility offered by the hotel staff, in particular i was given a taxi shuttle service to and from porto pino , at a reasonable extra cost.

Staff was really kind, our room was very spaceus with big private terrace. Breakfast ok, swimming pool perfect. In the middle of agricultural area we found this quiet hotel as miracle, it was definitely our best stay in Sardinia (out of 10 hotels so far). Few km away are amazing white sandy beaches (Porto Pino). Highly recommended.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalle spiagge più belle. La struttura è moderna, curata nei minimi dettagli, con ambienti accoglienti e confortevoli. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente la direzione, sempre presente, disponibile e attenta a soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti con professionalità e cortesia. Un'esperienza assolutamente positiva che consiglio a chiunque cerchi un hotel di qualità in un'ottima posizione. Torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent restaurant de l’hôtel, très belle piscine, mais très petite douche.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles niché au sud ouest de la Sardaigne. L’endroit est d’un calme absolu, idéal pour se ressourcer. La chambre était joliment décorée, spacieuse et bien agencée, avec une terrasse très agréable où nous avons pu profiter du soleil et même faire sécher notre linge — un petit plus bien pratique ! La piscine est magnifique, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée d’exploration. Et que dire du petit chaton qui se promène dans le jardin ? Un vrai bonheur pour les amoureux des animaux : doux, curieux et très câlin. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. Un grand merci à William, dont la gentillesse et la prévenance ont vraiment marqué notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, mais nous avons été un peu déçus par le manque d’options sans gluten et sans lactose (à part du beurre). Pour les personnes ayant des intolérances, cela peut être un vrai frein. Le seul vrai bémol reste la literie, beaucoup trop dure à notre goût. Nous avons eu très mal au dos, ce qui a malheureusement terni un peu notre expérience. En résumé : un cadre idyllique, un personnel chaleureux, mais quelques ajustements seraient nécessaires pour que le confort soit à la hauteur du reste. Sans ces petits désagréments, cela aurait été un séjour parfait

La verdad es que ha sido todo bueno en general

- Zimmer ohne Balkon (sehr dunkel im letzen Eck) - sehr viele Tauben (die einen sehr früh geweckt haben) + gutes Frühstück + schöner Pool + gutes Restaurant / Pizzeria 1 km entfernt (LaPerla)
