Everything about my stay at Portobay was TOP TIER! I have no complaints, the staff provided excellent customer service. I will be back.

Comfortable & tasteful.

We had stayed at this hotel a few years before this current visit. Once again we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is excellent, what there not to like when bubbly is included

If you want to feel like you’re in a little European dream, this is it. The room is so charming and quaint on a cute tree lined street. The team here feel like they genuinely are happy to be there and to see you. The pool/spa facilities were fantastic and relaxing. Location was great w Eduardo VII park close by and lots of shopping accessible. First night and already in love with Lisbon.

The location was about a 20 minute walk to city center. The hotel was clean, staff was great and the rooms were also great.

Excellent breakfast and lovely to sit outside on terrace. Shame there was so much building work going on around hotel as could be quite noisy. Pool is lovely - just en aware it’s not on same level as rooftop jacuzzi and bar. Really nice area just off main shopping street and easy walk into centre for shopping and restaurants. Staff all polite and helpful.

Property was beautiful, and very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. I highly recommend this property.

Staff absolutely amazing

Especially enjoyed the breakfast spread and the fantastic service.

The little extras that they put into making your stay comfortable like coffee and water each day and evening turn down service. Staff also could not do anymore to help with anything you needed. Spa area was lovely to relax in after a busy day exploring

The hotel had a great indoor pool and spa. The food in the restaurant was amazing. It was in the city center close to transportation.
