Had a great overnight stay

Check in was fine. But the air conditioner did not work. Made the front desk aware and they told Me to call corp office. The room next door had no working air either because they were working on it. So I would like a refund for the charge

Room wasnt very clean and there was a strong humidity smell

We like the restaurant & bar. Friendly staff!

The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was a wet towel left behind on the bathroom door. There was also used kleenex left behind in the room.

Stay was great

Not sure if they had all staff available, first night we asked for extra sheets for the sofa pull out and pillows. They said they would bring them up. Luckily we said we would wait for it and they brought the sheets to us at the front desk but then they would bring the pillows up to the room. Needless to say they never brought the pillows up. We asked again the next day for the pillows and it took 30 min or so to bring them up.

The staff was great and very friendly and helpful.

Considering most hotels currently offer a continental breakfast, I was not expecting to have to pay for coffee first thing in the morning. Yes, a coffee pot in the room is available, but there isn’t any cream there.

Didn’t appreciate having to pay for coffee in the lobby or having to pay for breakfast. Both should have been included in the price of the room.

Enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. I really liked the room setup. It was very relaxing. The only complaint I have was the needs to be maintenance done in the bathroom. The shower had rust or something dark brown in the edges of the shower. My husband thought it was poo but I said that it’s rust. Other than that, it’s very nice & comfortable.

Good locations

The AC unit in room was alittle to noisy and the restroom sink took a long time to drain.

Very nice property—convenient location.

Comfy

You could most definitely be cleaner the shower never got hot or warm, dirty windowsills. You can just tell that it wasn’t as clean as it should be making it uncomfortable to relax and be in the room.

Booked this hotel for the bar. They did not have anything to serve. Otherwise, really nice hotel. Big, comfortable room.
